I also got stuck with a worthless gift certificate that I purchased less than one month before they went out of business. I contacted my credit card company Capital One and explained the situation. Capital One credited my account and they will take up the issue with Rinnovo’s owner. I also filed a complaint against Rinnovo with the Better Business Bureau. I would encourage other people in the same situation to do the same thing. Call your credit card company and see if they will help you. Capital One is the BEST!

Sadly, I am also left with a useless gift certificate. These should have all been refunded before they closed. I know this family they are one of the more successful in the area so, they should make right. Are you out there owners? Time to make good. I had been going here for TEN years.

I too am left with a Gift Certificate my son got me and I have to assume they are closed. Don’t know what happened, but when a business does this and leaves its customers with a IOU that cannot be used for services, it is a reflection of the owners bad business practices. Money that was willing accepted that should have been refunded if they were closing.

This business is MIA! All closed up, even on a Saturday. Cuz who wouldn’t want a hair cut or a massage or a manicure on a Saturday?! Website is down and no one answers the telephone. Anyone out there know anything? As it looks right now, they’ve skipped town with the money for a gift card I was excited to use!

Rachael, the nail artist, is the reason that I am writing this review! I actually followed Rachel here from a different salon because I love her so much! She is so friendly and easy to talk to, the time flies when she does my nails. She does an amazing job, as well. I always get a shellac manicure and from time to time I will get a pedicure also. I have always left happy with what Rachael has done to my nails. I never experience chipping, bubbles, nor peeling as I have with other shellac manicures that I have received at different salons. Wherever Rachael goes, I will go! This salon in general is a little pricey compared to what you may pay for nail services at lesser quality salons, but you will leave feeling pampered and put together.

Rachael did an AWESOME job on my nails. I have tried probably 10 places in the Portland and Vancouver area for shellac/gel nails and she has been the absolute best by far! Very clean salon, great service, pleasant experience. Will definitely be going back regularly to see Rachael for my shellac/gel manicures!

I had a facial and found the facilities were spotless, chic and peaceful, the way a full service spa and salon should be. The staff were all friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.
