I have been to Dr. McCreight twice at the Urgent Care office in the past 2 years. Both times I was seen quickly, and was treated with empathy and respect. Dr. McCreight was quick to diagnose my illness and offered a prescription that really helped a speedy recovery. He also wrote an excused illness note for my employer without being asked. This is a doctor that understand his patient’s needs. I’m planning to start seeing Dr. McCreight as my regular doctor.

Dr Flordelys knows everything! I really like her. I dont know why these reviews have to be a certain length.

I stopped by the urgent care at this office, as I had been previously treated at an ER in Portland for a dog bite, and it was starting to show signs of infection. The place was empty, but the front desk lady was zoned out, looking at a screen, and on hold on the phone. A few minutes later, she hung up to see what I needed. I told her about a dog bite, for which I had been treated in Portland, a few days before. She took my insurance, asked if it was my dog (it wasn’t) and then wanted me to fill out a Clark County dog bite control form. I told her it wasn’t necessary as the bite had occured in Multnomah county and besides the dog was put to sleep the day after he bit me. She laughed at that. Literally laughed. And then she went back to ask her manager. The manager said, «She needs to fill it out, to protect us, in case we’re found liable.» She came back and I said, «I’m not filling that form out.» She went back to her manager and the manager said, «Then we won’t treat her.»
I was in considerable pain, and concerned about my arm and these idiots refused to treat me over a form that I didn’t even need to fill out. First do no harm? Remember that part of the Hippocratic Oath?
And to laugh when I told her the dog was dead? What was that about?
I left and went to The Vancouver Clinic Urgent Care where I was quickly and competently treated. They didn’t suggest I fill out a clark county dog bite form. I was out of there in about 20 minutes.

I have been seen by both Dr. Santiano’s for 20 years at this clinic and prior ones too.
I definitely do not feel like a number to them and they care about what your needs are. They are very friendly and the staff are great! I hope to always see these doctors and give the practice a definite A+. They also, have a great Doctor in Urgent care too.

Ive been going to Dr. Rene Santiano for several years now; hes different than most doctors as he spends more time with you. He also is a good listener, and is very friendly. I would recommend he or his wife to anyone looking for a new family doctor!

Been going here for several years. It is nice to be able to talk to a Doctor and he actually listens to you, and doesn’t treat you like a number or a dollar sign.

I have been going to Dr. Rene for over five years. He has never steered me wrong. He and his staff are always pleasant to deal with. The combination of regular offices plus an attached urgent care clinic is hard to beat let alone find these days. The care provided here is of the utmost quality.
