Signature Nails and Spa

If I could give 0 stars I would. It has been 4 days and I have already had a nail fall off. They looked horrible. It was a waste of time. I made an appointment and still 45 min after my appointment I was still waiting. I do not recommend anyone go there.

I made an appointment for a gel pedicure and manicure at 2:00 on a Saturday. No one began working on my toes until 2:30. Luckily they ended up doing my toes and nails at the same time so it was faster but honestly a little awkward with the water bowl in my lap. I thought Trang who did my nails was very polite but just one week later my gel polish is peeling off. Not the worst experience but not the best. I will only go back if I’m really crunched for time as they are in my neighborhood.

The fact people feel the need to hurt this business with not one but TWO reviews regarding the same complaint is ridiculous. The employees speak loudly «in their language” — ummm, really? Anyways…
I have been getting pedicures at Signature nails for a few years now. They always accommodate my last minute scheduling and have been so good to me! I notice they clean their tools and scrub the foot bowls after each client. I always come here for my pedicures.

This was the worst experience I have had to date. My daughter and I came here to get a relaxing pedicure and the employers were yelling in their language across the room the entire time. It was so uncomfortable for us, I ended up saying something to them to please quiet down. Talk about unrelaxing. shit I need a zanax now.

I used to love coming here. Until today when I got a pedicure with my mom and the whole entire time the employees were yelling very loudly trying to over talk each other. This went on for about 30 minutes until we actually had to say something considering the both of us were getting headaches from them border line yelling. From then on they caused pain through out the pedicured being extremely rough. We will not being coming back. EVER.

Staff was super accommodating, they offer you T coffee and wine which is really nice. They let me take my time when choosing my color and took their time when doing my nails. I’m very particular and had to have her redo a couple nails and she did it without any complaint. The quality of work is great and I definitely recommend coming here for your next nail job!

Great nail place, better then 20 other salons I visited in Vancouver area. They spend the extra money for natural products they use… Lotion, callus remover, etc. Love the fact this place is clean from front door to bathroom. They have a large selection of gel colors including a ton of «mood» colors that change shade with temp. Highly recommend this place for those that like great & friendly service.

This is my second time here and I won’t go anywhere else now. I see Lee and she is so detailed and particular. I’m really picky about my cuticles and polish and she does such a good job! Glad I found a place in Van!

I had my nails done over there the first time yesterday by Vy. It was a disaster. The French tip weren’t glued onto my
Nails securely. It was crooked. Vy cut me at least twice when she was buffing the solar powder. I left the salon with chunks of glue on my fingers and inside of my nails. I understand that you have some excess glue after a solar set but it looked like Vy has never done a solar set before. Shortly afterwards I called in and expressed my disappointment. Lee and Nue fixed it for me today and they look amazing. If it wasn’t for those two I would never go back to that place again.

Only reason why I’m giving a 1 is cause nue (new) only person left there that does a good job, this time I unfortunately had someone else my nail was not filed right I got a full set with regular color, worst experience ever. and they charged me 40 gtfo.

Tracy and Anthony sold the business. Went back and the owner doesn’t care about what you have to say and doesn’t listen. Just smiles and nods and treats you like an idiot. I made an appt for a fill to give the new people a shot. Took them 10 mins to even look up and I had an appt. Needless to say the lady who was supposed to do my nails was in the middle of a full set and they didn’t care. They were already 15 mins behind my appt time. I was a devoted customer for years and have recommended many. I will NEVER go back again! Time to find a new person and I’m really picky! Ugh!

I have gotten a shellac manicure here twice now and both times I have been so happy with the outcome! I did not make an appointment and was able to be seated and have my nails done as soon as I walked in. They took their time and did a very good job painting and shaping my nails. I have been to three other nail salons and Signature Nails by far had the most colors to choose from. Trang has done my nails both times and she has done a wonderful job! She does great massaging your arms and hands after your nails are done and the lotion makes your skin so soft! I highly recommend going to Signature Nails to get your nails done. Reasonably priced, too.

This is the second time Ive gone here the only reason I came back is because the place I usually go was closed.
My first experience wasn’t great, my second experience EVEN WORSE! I will never go back to this salon!
#1)I find it very rude when your getting your nails done and one lady is doing your pedi and the other is doing your mani and instead of talking to the customer and making them feel comfortable they talk to each other in Vietnamese and giggle while right in front of you, I cant understand what your saying and for all I know, your talking about me. VERY RUDE!!!
#2) when you choose to get regular polish they need to take their time to allow the first layer of polish to dry before proceeding with the next layer so that it does not take forever to dry and to avoid nicks and scraps when they are finished at Signature nails they DO NOT do this, they do everything super fast and then want to move you without allowing proper dry time and when I tell them my nails are not dry they is their anything you can do to make it dry faster? they look at me in a cross manner and tell me that its because I didn’t get gel.
I know I didn’t get gel, I didn’t get it because their prices are high and fluctuate regularly this is the only salon I know that does this and to me that’s not good for a returning customer, you expect something to be one price and then you come back and the price has gone up BS!
#3) I go to the nail salon to relax and unwind have some time for myself that is peaceful, I was trying to do this, when I was here and couldn’t because not only was I already not having a good experience but also, because while I’m sitting their waiting for my nails to dry and trying to relax the male employee that works here, takes it upon himself to start moping around the the entire place and the chair I’m sitting in with a very strong smelling ammonia very rude! and not helping anyone relax and have a pleasant experience!
I would have rated this place with negative 5 stars if that were an option! but because I have to give them at least one in order to leave a review, that’s the only reason they got one from me!

When I first moved to the Vancouver area a bit over three years ago, searching for a nail salon, I came across Signature Nails and Spa. I have been a customer there ever since and just recently my mom who just moved to the area became their costumer as well. The salon is clean, the staff are always professional and friendly, and do a good job. They provide services to a variety range of customers including children. I wouldn’t be worried about my child being exposed to X rated contents on TV, unlike what one of the reviewers has stated. All I have seen being played on their flat screen TVs so far was either HGTV or the Travel Channel. I’d happily recommend this salon to all my friends and family :)

I judge a nail salon on how long my nails last, and the quality. I have only been here once, and that was about 7 weeks ago. I had a full set of pink and whites put on, and to my surprise, they are still 100% on, in great condition, like the day I had them done, but just with a lot of growth. I’ve never had nails last this long without falling off or lifting! I am super hard on my nails and bump into everything, so this is a surprise! I never ever want to go anywhere else already and I’ve only been here once! Tomorrow I go in for a fill, I am SO HAPPY! Please try this place!

This is an amazing place, women are friendly and they keep the conversation with you and not with each other. Beautiful and relaxing interior, comfortable massage chairs and calm music. I dont feel like I walked in at an inconvenient time with 6 people, nor did they ignore the other customers. I also didn’t feel rushed I will be back. I think I found my new nail salon.

I’ve been going here at least a year now and love their work! one of my best friends refered me to them and im so glad she did! They have great prices too and really take their time. I showed them a picture I wanted my nails to look like around Christmas time and they did an amazing job recreating it and still keeping it their own. They actually took a picture of the nails when they were done and posted it online. They were blue with sparkles and added a couple snowflakes. Just got a mani and pedi done yesterday and I love how my nails look.

Not impressed. Their polish seems to be watered down with acetone, after my gel nails set my toe nails smudged. The technician had to put 5 coats of gel polish on fingers, and it still looks awful. My daughter had to have her toes repainted twice because the paint would not set. My gel nails look so cheap, the more I look at them the more disappointed I become. There are so many good reviews, I am sad to have this experience. This was the first time my 6 year old ever had a professional mani/​pedi, we will not be going back. I will be uploading a pic of my gel nail polish job. The best part was the stone manicure part, the hot stones felt awesome.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to! I know people don’t read long reviews, so here is a quick list as to why you should come here. 1. They honor your appointments, and are on time. 2. They are extremely friendly, and speak English well. 3. The salon is beautiful, modern, and appears very upscale and relaxing for their cheap prices. 4. THEIR PRICES are incredible for the wonderful service 5. They have incredible service. The workers are perfectionist, yet work fast. and 6. They use high quality products, and I love the unique way they remove your nails.
LOOK NO MORE. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I’m sad I live in GA now, but when I come back, this is the only place I will go to.

Went in with my mom ⁸⁄₂₂ for pedi, we loved our experience, the place is inviting and relaxing. My technician Mai was friendly and professional (at some places I notice other tech talking to each other in a diff language, feeling like they are talking about u) she did not do that but instead, invited us to conversation. I posted some pics, they even have a chair for little girls with dvd player –Thank you Mai! Will defiantly be coming back.
