I love this Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and they are always fast. Very thankful for this location and it’s drive through.

This location is grateful! Sure, they are pretty busy in the morning but the baristas(all female) know how to move things along and crank out your liquid crack, err, coffee, as quickly and efficiently as possible. They even manage to exchange pleasantries and make the occasional joke I give them five stars because it’s clear that customer service is a priority… which is always refreshing!

I usually come through here about three to four times a week. The service has gotten horrendously bad. The last two times I’ve been here I’ve gotten the same girl at the drive through window who acts like you’ve ruined her day by providing them with business so she could have a job. Called and spoke to the manager and all she could say was the gal gets flustered when they get busy. Well here’s a remedy. Don’t hire people who can’t take the heat. The second time I dealt with this girl she said absolutely nothing when I paid for and received my coffee. Not a hello, not a good day, not a your total is, not a smile. nothing! She didn’t even say one word. I don’t know about you but that’s about the worst customer service you can give. And you want me to give you a tip?! Here it is hire friendlier people to work an area that is going to have a lot of contact with your customers.

Standard Starbucks, no complaints. I only ever go through the drive thru and everyone is always courteous and efficient.

I just love Starbucks and this Starbucks is really close to where my aunt and cousin lives. I could just walk there and it’s really convenient for when I come and visit them.

Okay, maybe I’m a sucker for buying Starbucks coffee now and then(I have the faded gold card to prove it). Maybe my tastebuds are kinda fried from my childhood. Anyways, I like having a 32 ounce Iced Coffee at 1AM before work, because it helps me through my 25 minute commute to work. Oh, what’s that? One in the morning? Yes, I’m implying that this location has a drive-thru that’s open 24-bleeding-hours. That’s a big plus. Major, duuude. Also, when I visit during normal human hours, this place is packed wall-to-wall. No outlets available, ever. Occasionally a seat open next to two middle-aged women who talk about their children. Fine, I can deal with that. The baristas are what I call ‘mixed’, because you don’t know who you’ll get. Some are very nice and know what they’re doing. Others tend to be a chatty Kathy. Oops. Reason for four, not five stars? Service(during«prime-time», especially), open-seat/outlet availability, environment, and location. Lemme break it down, see? Service: Primetime hours are a mess, and it takes three times longer for just an iced-coffee, which, let’s be honest, isn’t that difficult of a task. I’m generally patient, but seeing someone’s half-calf, 120 degree, soy, mocha-soylent green latte being called before my iced coffee which I ordered three drinks before this one really pisses me off, to be honest. I really don’t think there’s a sense of order at this location, but maybe it’s me. However, during the ‘after-hours’ at the drive-thru, service is very good, and I salute those late night baristas. I tip every time. Seat/outlet ratio: It’s pretty rare to get a seat here by yourself. Either you have to play the blind date game and ask to sit with someone, or just brave the cold and sit outside. It’s even more rare to find a seat with an outlet because it’s always some guy with a smartphone and a laptop and he’s hogging both bleeding outlets. Environment/Location: Inside, it just feels busy and rushed, and never relaxing, except in the morning hours. Any other time, chaos. Outside, there are a couple of problems. For starters, there’s the location. It’s kinda hard to get to in general, because of the proximity to I-205. Then, the drive-thru starts near Baskin Robin’s, and depending on the hour, is nearly impossible to get to because of how many people find it inconvenient to just go inside to order their coffee. Other than that, pretty good. You know. Usual stuff.

Not the poshest of locations, and its seating and outlet options are meager, but its close to home and open late. If you have to Corporate Coffee™, might as well roll in here.

Came here to procure some wifi and drink some tea! What I got was much more than that! The two girls that were working were horribly catty! Carrying on about co-workers, ex-boyfriends, their managers etc all in front of customers! The seating area wasn’t full but almost, on top of the fact that they would barely stop talking /bitching long enough to take and or call out orders! Good lord!

Sucks. Been here a handful of times. Always felt guilty. I don’t care if they’re Seattle or not. Um, I’ve bought their stuff in the store because I didn’t know better. When you try any other brand you discover that SBUCKS has a too much dark and sickening flavor. Recommend anything else. Tully’s, the other up’n’comer is a lot better tasting. I haven’t been to their shops but had their coffee. It’s pretty enjoyable. I’ll drink anything. Cheap-$ 7 or so. Don’t care. Coffee’s coffee. Not a weirdo about if it’s a hour, 3, or a day old. I’ll drink it. WHATEVERREVIEW.
