I am so pleased with my first experience here! I have not worked out in years and I joined a weight loss competition that they took place in. The guys are great at staying on the side of motivation and do not push you too hard so you feel bad, just motivated and supported! All of the words are words of encouragement so that you get the best possible result! I will be back for sure! They truly go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and supportive! A great place overall!

What makes Strength Unlimited different? The owners and trainers John and Joey. In addition to excellent and compassionate trainers, they provide and warm and welcoming environment to work out for all shapes and sizes. They provide fun and engaging classes designed for all levels of fitness. There are always two trainers for all classes to provide encouragement and pointers to form to prevent injury and maximize the workout. They believe in an holistic approach to exercise and health including nutrition advice, and are always available to provide advice to help improve the clients overall health. They go up and above the call of duty, and organize fun events outside the gym. In recent years they have organized events such as rock climbing at the Source, put together teams for the Shamrock run, Warrior dash and Spartan race just to name a few. This extra attention to their clients provide a great community, and often clients will get together and join other events with the encouragement of John and Joey. Recently I was injured in car accident and couldn’t exercise to my normal level. Despite not being able to attend classes they stayed in contact to provide encouragement during the healing process, and help me get back on track. Once I was back attending classes, they provided modified exercise to minimize the impact of the injuries. I can’t say enough good things about Strength Unlimited. If you are looking for a warm and friendly place to get your health and fitness back on track, or just looking to maintain your health and fitness, try a few classes get your sweat on(and you will) and you won’t be disappointed.
