Worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. I walked in and was greeted with a friendly hello, but that was the only highlight. immediately I told the young woman I needed 4 sandwiches. she instantly rolled her eyes, sighed, and began to make our sandwiches with an extremely negative attitude. she kept making mistakes and she obviously didn’t care about making our order with efficiency or attention to detail that you should in a service position. every sandwich came out with a mistake, and they needed to be corrected. we were very patient with her, constantly saying thank you when she corrected a mistake we pointed out. At the end, I needed to pay with part card and part cash. the young woman made a major fuss about the situation, and even said«of course you do» after I told her that I was going to use partial cash. I will visit again, but I hope not to have another failed customer service situation. ps: the sandwiches were stale and difficult to bite into.
