The Grounds Keeper

Started off great! A nice rep came to my house even came early so I wouldn’t be late for work. Got the estimate and told him I wanted to think it over a bit. When I decided to go for it I sent the required paperwork and expected to get a call for scheduling a time. That never happened, I had to call them. After being told they would call me right back they did not. Finally got a hold of them and set up a time, I took the day off so I could be there well the day before I called them just to make sure we were good to go and was then told that they were very busy and could not do it till the next week. Not happy but ok. I expected to get a call or email with the tone they would show up nope just heard a lot of noise outside and there they were. The guys were very nice did a great job removing everything then was told they had to take the old stuff away and would be back with the new grass. I waited around all day and they never returned!!! They told me to be there for the end so I could say I was happy or not well you didn’t give me that chance because I had to work the next day!!! The install looked good but it’s not as green as I thought it would be and I didn’t have the chance to ask questions. The other frustrating part is I had to google the watering instructions for new sod I didn’t know how picky the grass would be it would have been nice to get a water guide or something like that. Not a great experience
