Went here to have my eyes examined. I Was met by a TECH who placed the drops in my eyes, no problem, but then she performed the exam. Really! Then the doctor came in stated that I had an odd problem that one eye was extremely worse than the other. I pointed out to him on his paperwork that I had LASIK surgery. «oh». I then told him that I recently developed a flash in my left eye with certain ocular movements. He blew it off, said that was normal. Well, I happen to be an ER nurse and no that’s not normal. It’s an irritation on the retina that can be caused by several different things including infection. He could have cared less, just another patient to push through the system. Then went to order glasses. And that’s another whole story. Totally ripped off totally. I have great insurance I told them several times I didn’t need all the bells and whistles $ 350.00 later. Stay as far away from this place as possible

Despite having made an appointment weeks ahead of time and providing them with all insurance information, I waited 50 minutes while they verified the insurance. Then they told me that they would«try to fit me in». All I wanted was a contact lens exam, and was not interested in them doing medical exams, which they seemed to be pushing.

Ask for Jim or Amy in the Optical Dept. Got my glasses here and the optician up in Ohio was mega-impressed. Said she had nothing that could come close. Just went back for my annual tune-up(free) and not only did they recognize me, but knew me by name. Don’t get that too much anymore… HIGHLYRECOMMENDED.

Over a year ago I went to center for sight for a yearly eye exam. There were no changes from my previous prescription and no contact were assigned to me. Besides dealing with extremely inappropriate comments from employees, I left moderately satisfied. The physician told me they will«try and charge me for a contact fitting» although I did not receive or have contacts fitted. He said not to worry about it. I did later receive a bill for 40 dollars and stated I did not have a fitting. After the bill sat for a month or so I decided to pay it because no one in the billing department could give me a straight answer. I called to schedule another appointment to take care of an urgent eye issue I was having. They stated before I could see a physician I needed to be «cleared» by the billing department. I spoke the Cheryl in billing who stated I would be on two week waiting period in order to be re-initiated into there office. So in order to sacrifice patient care and respect they would rather let a patient suffer than to have a 40.00 dollar overage in the account.(clearly this was paid) This company clearly cares only for the cash and not for the care. I can only imagine how they would treat the lasik and cataract patients.
