I just received my custom martingale collar & leash from The Artful Canine and I couldn’t be more pleased! The materials are all top-​notch with beautiful vibrant colors. The craftsmanship was amazing with beautiful, tight and even stitching. I also got my order right on time. I really love the fact that you can order custom items and get exactly what you want. It’s so nice to get something that you feel is actually worth more than what you paid for it and it’s made in America! I only wish they sold blanket-​type coats so I could have the complete matching outfit :) I would recommend this company to anyone who appreciates high quality at an affordable price.

HORRIBLE, RUDE, HATEFUL customer service!!! The owner is a disrespectful, inconsiderate, arrogant woman who cares nothing about talking over a customer and disregarding whatever you say — she said that she did not care and wouldn’t communicate and hung-​up on us!!!
