Came to AC for the night and found this place
I have to say, I was highly impressed with the smoothies, vegan sweet potatoe casserole, and Asian noodles.
Will be back !

Pleasantly surprised. Got a falafel wrap and a berry smoothie. Really loved the falafel sandwich — the tahini sauce had a kick and was so yummy. Can’t wait to order it again. Just a note, I may have missed them, but wish there were menus to take home/​look at while you’re ordering that wraps are pretty generic in description. I didn’t get a chance to check online first. The staff gave me a description but I felt bad since they were busy. Will definitely be back to get the acai bowls everyone seemed to get getting.

If you’re looking for a nutritious and healthy meal along with people who will take good care of you I would highly recommend trying this place.

I first visited the Ventnor location of Greens and Grains in July 2015 with a friend and her two children, whom are quite picky eaters as almost all children are (I have 3…). Upon arrival we were treated by 2 friendly baristas, and moments later the owner herself, Nicole.
This being our first visit, Nicole personally walked us through the menu, as I have Celiac Disease and need to avoid foods with gluten, or any possible cross contamination. Nicole and the baristas were extremely educated on my disease, and guided me accordingly.
I ended up choosing a custom kale salad from the beautiful selection at the salad bar. The salad was enough for 2 people, and the price for locally grown cuisine can’t be beat.
My friends 2 children each had something new and unique. Her 12 yr old son had a beet based smoothie and falafel pita (which I silently swore to myself he was not going to like), and her 8 yr old daughter had a fresh bagel with vegan «cream cheese.» To my astonishment both kids LOVED their meals!!! There was not a crumb left once these 2 kiddos finished their meals.
Our experience was so fantastic that I decided to stock up on a 6 pack of juices to take home. While checking out, Lambros, Nicole’s life and business partner, arrived with LOADS of fresh, locally grown produce. It was so refreshing to see how much hard work and dedication the owners and baristas of Greens and Grains were willing to do to provide their customers the BEST possible experience, and PRODUCTS, available.
Needless to say I have been back multiple times over the past 5 months and we can NOT wait for the HIGHLY anticipated Galloway location to open!

I love this place. Vegan only. Organic fruits & veggies being used. Soups are homemade. Sides are homemade. The staff is super sweet and super helpful. Price is a bit on the expensive side but so is everything that deals with the vegan life. A 16oz fresher juice is $ 7.75 in a cup and $ 8 if you get a pre made bottle. There’s one in Ventnor. One in Northfield where the Bloom Coffee used to be and they are opening one in Galloway in Jan. You can sit in Ventnor although it’s not huge and maybe about 6 stools available. Northfield is bigger. Ventnor closes early and Northfield closes early also (6pm is early to me). They also sell juice detoxes which is awesome. I can’t ever make up my mind between juices and smoothies. They’re all so good! One of my fav spots.

Fresh juices always available and really really clean

While staying in Atlantic City we were in search of some healthy smoothies for breakfast. Unilocal lead us to Ventnor City, a small beach town 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the Atlantic City Boardwalk.
This small storefront has an large menu full of smoothies, juices, Acai bowls, wraps, salads and hot food options (available after 11am). Price point is a bit higher than I expected, ($ 7.50 for smoothies, $ 9 for Acai bowl) but we wanted to give them a try. We ordered a Green Phene smoothie and an Acai Bowl. Green Phene has banana, kale, spinach, avocado, almond milk and almond butter it was delicious and not sweet at all. Acai Bowl was a blend of Acai berry and banana with sliced banana, blueberries, unsweetened coconut flakes and maple syrup on top Yummm! My only complaint was how cold the Acai blend was on the bottom. It was a bit difficult to eat as I was getting brain freeze every two seconds but all in all the fresh fruits with the blend was very tasty together. The coconut flakes added some texture to the bowl which was nice. We also purchased a gluten free chocolate muffin and their moist zucchini bread with almonds. Zucchini bread was slightly sweet for my taste buds, a lil heavy on the brown sugar I guess. Chocolate muffin was very dense, which is expected with chocolate gluten free items, but it was good.
When in the area, I would stop in to try more of their smoothies.

I am a local & a regular at Greens & Grains. I am giving them 5 stars because their food is amazing. Perfect for people who live a healthy lifestyle such as myself. The food is fresh and delicious. I was sooo excited that a place like this opened near me !!
However, if I were to rate this place on their customer service, I would give them one star. I constantly feel as though I am a nuisance whenever I walk in. They are extremely adamant about their closing time (6pm). One night in particular, I walked up to the door at 6:05 and felt the empty stares of about 5 employees. They ignored me as they stared. One employee walked up to the door and flipped the sign from «open» to «closed» right in my face and walked out through the door and went home.
I’ve been there a few times after that. Each time I order food, I feel as though I should apologize for bothering them! The straw that broke the camel’s back was when I called after a long day of work to put in an order for pick up. Knowing that they close as 6, I called about an hour ahead because I was craving their wonderful salad. The first thing out of the woman’s mouth over the phone was «just so you know, we close at 6.» I took my business elsewhere.
I just hope that next time I go to Greens & Grains, the staff will be more welcoming. (I will go during the afternoon not anywhere near 6 o clock!!)

My fiancé and I shared the acai bowl on a Saturday morning. This was only my second try of an acai bowl but I thought it was good. The bananas were pretty ripe, I like my bananas without any brown but overall it was good. We will have to try juice next time.

Great vegan food, great smoothies and even greater staff. You’d be crazy not to try it!

Great juice spot

I had the best Young Coconut drink today at my new fave juice bar. The coconut was so so yummy and I was still enjoying chipping off the pieces on the beach today. My daughter Julia got the chocolaty delicious dessert drink which she loved. She tried the Hummus Wrap & I had the roasted sesame quinoa. Both were very tasty. The owners & the workers are very nice too. I will def be going back for the coconut drink. Very reasonable prices also.

Really tasty! Really vegan! And really needed! I was so excited to check out Greens and Grains the last time I was down the shore. It’s about a ½ hour walk from my brother & sister-in-law’s beach house in Margate, and so worth it. I had a green smoothie & a falafel sandwich, both yummy & satisfying. Really friendly staff, I had a nice conversation with one guy about my tattoos. And when I asked what kind of mayonnaise they use in their potato salad (code for «is this joint really vegan, am I this lucky?!»), they told me they use Hampton Creek’s Just Mayo, which is the BEST! Next time, I’m getting the potato salad, which is possibly the most exciting part of my next trip to the shore. Please don’t tell my family that I just ranked potato salad above them. But if you’ve tried Just Mayo, you know.

It was the weekend. I was hungover. And then I had a green juice. BAMM! This place is a fresh food oasis in a desert of pizza and cheese steak shops. So stoked I had to write a review. Great vibe too — the staff and owners are cool and passionate about their product. Love seeing that. Oh and the smoothie with avocado is off the hook! G&G — way to level up the healthy food game in Ventnor!

I’m in love with this place, the energy, the vibrance, the lovely staff and not to mention the best juice and food your body could ask for without your mind getting mad at you afterwards for creating a food baby already in its third trimester. Did I mention they deliver… no pun intended.

I went in today for lunch as promised. The falafel wrap was like a vegan Gyro! My new «go to» place.

Great fresh juices, smoothies, and healthy eats! I got the Restore Juice. The kids got the Viva La Vegan Smoothie with Cocao & PB Powder. They drank them up!

I’ve been looking for a place like this! The juice was excellent and the food was delicious.

The owners are just as amazing as the food and juice! I’ve been a customer for years and so happy to have visited their gorgeous location. The area’s only vegan spot and it’s growing more and more every day. Lambros and Nicole are wonderful and I would recommend checking this spot out to anyone. Delicious!

I frantically came in here, early, on a Saturday morning, unsure of what exactly to get, since I was shopping for other people and had only been given a vague set of orders. The three people working there quickly helped me with some ideas and whipped up a few jars of juice right in front of me. I had a sample of the orange juice, and it was so good, it practically made my knees buckle.
The crew to whom I brought the drinks were so satisfied with it that everyone kept cursing over how good and healthy it tasted. These guys saved my butt! It’s worth noting that the juices were a bit pricey, but given how fresh all their stuff is, the prices may have been appropriate… I don’t know where else one would get anything like it.
