Coastal View Property Management

My fiancé and I were looking at a property this company had listed and I had to contact Dave twice to see if they had approved us to move in. Neither one of us have excellent credit and made him aware of this. After about a week and a half went by and I still didn’t hear from him, I called to again check on the status of our application and he told us there was someone else applying and he would let us know. He never called back, and never returned my calls to tell us no. There is a serious lack of communication here with this company. I had continued to call, as Dave told us that since we paid for our credit check, we could come get it, even if we did not get approved, and I was calling to do just that and he has yet to contact me back. It’s been over a month! I do not recommend only because of the lack of communication. That’s not a good quality in a property manager!
