Decent food decent prices. A nice quick walk from any of the spaces down on the Rincon. Very friendly people who run it food tasted good and they make Arnold Palmer’s

We have been coming here for several years and the food is always delicious. The breakfasts and lunches are best along the Rencon. During our last trip, I noticed that Laura had a new menu. New menu, same great food.

I randomly found this cute café on my way from Santa Barbara to LA. I had no idea what to expect but what I found was super charming and really authentic home cooked menu items. I got the veggie sandwich which is super full and packed with delicious veggies I can’t wait to sink my teeth into it. They were also so sweet and friendly. They made a fresh pot of coffee and hooked me up with one of their dense and delicious home baked coffee cakes. Great surprise finding this ocean side café.

Beautiful drive. Friendliest staff and all members of our party satisfied. The BLT was amazing with bacon just right, ripe tomato and leafy green lettuce on a nice dark bread. Coffee cake was flying out the window, a generous slice. Thick French toast, Irish oatmeal and tasty breakfast sandwich for the others. Seating was on a picnic table and dogs are welcome. Very casual and we didn’t think we’d find parking or a seat as the area was filled for Easter weekend but, like the waves, everything just flowed.

Laura = Awesome. Nuff said. Great ambiance and the breakfast burritos are delicious. There is nowhere else I can think of where you can have a cup of coffee and see dolphins hustling by. Tip: they track close to the beach in 8 – 10AM towards Rincon, and you might spot them going the other way in mid late afternoon. Coffee is great and the pineapple, blueberry home baked coffee cakes are a great deal. The people hard working in this café are troopers and nice ppl to boot. Another tip? Don’t forget to tip them. You can park along the train tracks if their lot is full. Couple picnic tables and patio tables with plenty seating. If you have dogs pls keep them on leashes. I’ve actually been coming to this place for over 15 years and am grateful it’s here.

Took a bike ride here for breakfast. Little hole in the wall with a couple of picnic tables to eat on. My husband ordered the sausage breakfast burrito and I ordered the bagel and lox sandwich. His burrito was great. Huge in size and not greasy. My lox turned out to be a mixture of salmon, cream cheese and green onion. More like a salmon salad. First time having it like this but it was good none the less. Service was fast and super friendly.

Hidden gem, boy did we luck out finding this spot! Tucked away near an RV parking station, this café cooks up some bomb specials. No one could be sweeter then the ladies who run this spot! The food is delicious and even though they typically don’t serve those delicious breakfast burritos in the afternoon, there have been multiple occasions when they’ve made exceptions!(call ahead to see how slammed they are*) By far, the best breakfast burritos, but also a solid menu for lunch. Vegetarian options galore, and killer for a seaside café. THANKSSOMUCH!

Love this place Sooo much ! When camping I get the smoked salmon/green onion CreamCheese on a toasted bagel with a slice of tomato EVERYDAY . It’s that good. But when road tripping to SantaCruz we might stop just to get a burger — you can’t beat the view or the price. Laura and the other girls are really nice. And it is VERY Clean. Never had any«tummy issues”— not a typical beach shack.

Food was good but only go here is you are RV’ing nearby. It’s small and old and there is no where to sit but two outdoor picnic tables. It’s also right next to public bathrooms.

I’m going to give this place 5 stars because it delivered what it promised. Really tasty burgers in an beautiful setting. It actually reminded me of the burgers my dad used to make. Thick, juicy hand pressed patties with fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onion. There’s nothing fancy going on here and that’s what works. I got some fries to go with it and enjoyed myself in the Southern California sunshine. And let’s not forget the service. I’m not sure if the ladies who took my order owned the joint but they were the nicest people I had wait on me in a long time. Because of their remote location, I think they might only take cash or check but don’t quote me on that. If your are cruising down the 101, drop by and give them a try. They are also supposed to serve a mean breakfast burrito. I’ll get back to you on that.

Service just does not get friendlier than this! Right on the ocean’s edge! I had one of the best and biggest veggie sandwiches ever! Fresh lettuce, onions, avocado, tomatoes and more, on tasty whole wheat bred only $ 6. Bigger and better than any of the«healthy» cafes around Ventura or Santa Barbara. I keep bring my friends with me and they all love the veggie sandwich. I haven’t tried any of the other food but people say it is all great. There has been confusion here about what the open hours are as one of the pictures has the wrong hours on the sign. It’s a ways out of town so you want to be sure it’s open! Winter hours Closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Open Monday 8 to 2, all other days 8 to 4. Summer hours are open 7 days a week 8 to 4 except Tuesday and Wednesday which are 8 to 2.

Beautiful view, and great food; what more could you ask for?! Their burgers are thick and juicy. The only downside is the long wait time. We waited about 20 minutes for a single burger and a cup of fries. Other than that, everything is great about this place!

Faria beach café is the ultimate spot after a surf at Pitas. Although sometimes their hours are sometimes a little odd, their food is amazing and they are usually quite friendly.
