Heba is amazing! I was lucky enough to be gifted with an Amazon local facial for Christmas with her and it took me a bit to find time to go in, but once I was ready Heba was very accommodating and sent me a reminder text a couple days before.
What a gift this was. Her room is so relaxing and she is just the sweetest. This was my first facial and I had the best time with her. I was so friendly and professional, I really enjoyed my time with her. She told me a little bit about what she was doing with each step, as it was my first time, and I was very curious. She was very caring on I making sure everything was the right temperature or amount of pressure.
She really knows her stuff and I felt like I was floating on a cloud the rest of the weekend from how relaxed I felt! My skin looked good and felt so amazing. I immediately scheduled a future appointment with her and got a gift certificate for my mom for Mother’s Day! (With no sales pressure from Heba :))

I have been going to Katrina for the past 10 years. Not only is she is so sweet and caring, but she is also very knowledgeable, professional and makes you feel so welcome and pampered. Right after I started going to her my skin started looking amazing, and now I just go for maintenance. Recently I have gone to a dermatologist for other reasons and he said he is very impressed with my skin. I owe it to Katrina!!!
