It was 3 days before my wedding and Daniela helped me feel better and hooked me up with everything from hair dye to extensions ! She made it easy and made me smile, she also helped us save money and still made me look great ! This store hooked it up! Thanks Daniela !

I bought hair extensions here yesterday only to get home and have a majority of the pieces missing. I call the store and they have me call corporate. Corporate says it’s okay, return tomorrow for exchange. Perfect. My birthday is this weekend and I was willing to forgo getting my nails done in order to make time to do this. So I go in today and they can’t give me an exchange because it’s not in reasonable condition. If it wasn’t in sellable condition that’s not my fault, I would have loved to keep it if all the pieces were there!!! Call corporate again and they said I need to pay to send it back. So now I have paid for hair I can’t use, will pay for shipping and now will go pay for new hair somewhere else! Seriously!!! Such a freaking joke. I know it’s silly to be this mad about hair extensions, but seriously!!! It will take 4 – 6 weeks to get a gift card.

I walked into this place and asked the cashier if they had hair supplements, she looked at me like I was an idiot and said «no they probably have some at Walmart» super bitchy, she was so rude and it’s offensive because Walmart is really far and I refuse to shop there and the other employee was rude as well, they were bad mouthing another costumer right in front of me!
Besides the horrible service the products here suck and are cheap they have really gone downhill

This is a stocked beauty supply, I usually get my OPI nail polish and strengthening hair treatments (ion) from here. Keep in mind they do not carry truly organic products here, this is not an organic store (might want to go to Lassen’s or Whole Foods). The attendants were too chatty, I waited for almost 10 minutes to purchase my items. Not the best customer service but not the worst.

Im a very patient person, and not one to jump to judging people,
But the girls who work here are Bitches.
Every time I go in there, god forbid I have a question, they act like Im a bother.
I straight had a sales lady walk away from me today, in the middle of a question might I add, and its not like she was doing anything of importance seeing as how she walked away and just stood in another part of the store.
Im sorry that its your job to assist customers and you obviously dont want to, but you also might want to consider NOT throwing dirty looks at strangers for no reason also.

I was on a mission to find a specific shampoo. I checked on-​line to make sure that Sally’s carried it before I made the trip out there (not that it’s far from home or anything) but I didn’t want to make the trip for nothing. Their website says they carry it, I make the trip… no shampoo. Not only that, they only had a third of one aisle stocked with shampoos. I was so disappointed in their selection, I left empty handed.
The sales people were great and quick to help but I will be shopping on Amazon for all my hair care needs from now on… endless selection for better prices.

One: Who cares if people smell of cigarettes? Its really no one business what people do outside of the workplace. Anyways, I have found some great stuff at sally’s and everyone has always been willing to help me with knowledge of the product. One girl even told me one, you dont want that, get this instead.

Do not shop here! The store manager has no business running a store, let’s just say she lacks personality, friendliness. I needed help and she was too worried about taking her lunch on time then helping me. The store was filthy and the people that worked there smelt of ciggarettes!!!
