Starbucks

I went to the Starbucks twice today this morning it was busy the baristas were very courteous and it was really very nice this afternoon completely different story a little missy Kendra had been sent there from another store and she was angry about it taking out on customers all my life I’ve never seen such a rude barista!!! She was so irritated to have to stop or cleaning to come and fix a drink she gave me the wrong drink argued with me and guess what did not wash her hands/:

One of my favorite Starbucks in town. A consistent A+. Usually my stop before I visit my Beach and Marina offices in the morning.

After I scooped all the FOAM out of my grande flat white half my cup was empty. Not what I expected. The baristas were friendly though.

Go here every morning and I dig everything about it. I know it’s a simple Starbucks, but everyone smiles and starts you off right.

When I visit Ventura, I come here at least once. Even though the staff changes often, the service is still great. The staff know their products and are quick to make the drink. On Sundays, this place has a chill, welcoming vibe, I saw a grandfather playing a board game with his grand daughter on the patio. Other people had their dogs and were reading. Very relaxing place to get a drink.

This is my go-​to Starbucks, love all the baristas and it’s super convenient to get a quick coffee to go, right off the freeway!

This is a small but nice location. Unfortunately there are only 4 small tables inside to work at, but there is a lot of outside seating for a nice day. Service was quick and friendly. I won’t come back here to work, but this is a good location to stop at if you want to grab a coffee before heading to the beach.

Love this Starbucks. Emily is the BEST barista! Even when the line is long, it’s worth it because it goes pretty quickly.

My favorite Starbucks in Ventura. The workers are extremely friendly and don’t mind answering your questions. If you come in during the morning there will most definitely be a line but don’t worry they’re used to it. They never cease to amaze me how fast they get the drinks out to customers even when the line is out the door.
The workers here also seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and there is always a high energy level, especially during rushes. They feed off one another and are actually fun to watch, it’s like a week oiled machine.
There used to be a and full of sassy baristas who made customers feel unwelcome (Julie) but they’re gone and all the current workers are delightful.

They’re always friendly, always quick and efficient! Never did I have a problem here and always seem to make it on time to class when I’m in a hurry. One of my favorite starbucks in ventura.

Great location! Workers here always nice and don’t buckle under pressure when it super busy. Being that this location is prime, they do tend to always have a line.
I love watching the workers because they are super fast and make the drinks very quick and effective.
The store is on the smaller side, with only 5 small table one being reserved for disabled persons. In that case, this is not a good location to have coffee date with a group of friends.
On the flip side, they do have a few seats and tables outside & there dog friendly ;)

I’ve been in a few times now see that I moved in down the street and I have 2 girls that love Starbucks drinks. But I know this area and it is very cool and nice place to live but it’s filled with homeless people that’s what gives it a bad rap, they crowd the place outside a lot but that’s not so much starbucks fault. so I give 3 stars for the normal starbucks rating plus the line is going out side everytime I come in. I’d rather go to Kays coffee house down on the beach on Seaward.

As a caffeine addict Starbucks is like my second home. I live nearby this location but work near a different location. I will go out of my way to wake up earlier and visit this location before work. They are super fast, make awesome drinks, and are way more friendly than pretty much any other Starbucks. There are Starbucks in my area I would never step foot in because they are dirty, slow, and rude. This one is so good!

Convenient to where I live but man do the workers have attitude problems. I’m
not even done ordering when Julie had finished ringing me up. No smile no thank no you’re welcome. Why the hell are you working as a cashier then? What happened to service with a smile? This place SUCKS.

The baristas made a perfect short mocha just the way I like it.

I love Starbucks but they are all not the same. At this location they need an ass whipping on customer service skills. They have none of it, rude and always getting the order wrong.
This review is not based on one visit but multiples, they suck that bad. Just tells me that this location is poorly managed. No more, seen enough.

The newer barista was extremely rude. Unfortunately, the other baristas were picking up his slack. As a previous barista myself, having worked at a store for three and a half years, I have high Starbucks standards and this poor working barista needs work.
I asked for an everything bagel toasted and light cream cheese. He said they don’t put it on the bagel for us, and I replied I of course knew that — I wanted the «light» cream cheese, reduced fat. The barista said they don’t carry it. Uhm. Okay. You mean you’re out.
Aaaaaand to top it off, he put in a plain bagel. The shift caught it though — Redemption for the other partners on the floor, hence why the three stars, not one.

Just go somewhere else. I love Starbucks, but they need to overhaul or close this location. The service and drinks here are terrible. The baristas are rude, the drinks are not made correctly, and the location is claustrophobic.
I’m no coffee snob (obviously since I’m a Starbucks fan), but I’ve been to enough to know that this location is full of people who don’t care to give you a decent product or even a smile.

Small starbucks that is big on service and efficiency. Nice central location.
