I have been with T-Mobile for almost 8 years, and I am very satisfied with the customer service I receive at this store. I went in yesterday to see about adding a line, and was greeted by the employees. Will was extremely helpful. Not only did he help me get another line, he got me a plan that better suited my current usage. He didn’t try to sell me anything I wasn’t interested in, and made sure I understood my bill. It’s nice being able to talk to someone face to face, and not feel rushed, especially around the holidays when everyone is out shopping! Thanks, T-Mobile!!!

The branch was very small amount of people that were there People waited outside and sat on Hsfsani so happy about the service I received from Maria Very girl smiling I did everything to be happy and it will eventually have added another line to my account All is done by Mary with trust to help and reach understanding She did not push me even though I was a bit stubborn to know everything on the line I added it explained that the me again and again until I realized I BRINGTOMARIA5STAR! My experience here was great! Thalia was the one who worked with me. She was extremely helpful and very informative. I visited a Tmobile in Oxnard off of Esplanade Dr. and they were rude. No consideration for your time or situation. So I left unsatisfied and called their corporate manager. But Thalia at the Ventura mall store was top notch! I recommended everyone go to that Tmobile store!!!

Although this store gets busy in the evening, the service is exceptional. Karena M. Is the main reason I enjoy going here because she has so much patience and always a positive attitude. I observe her with other customers and even if there’s a lot of people she still gives great service! The entire team is always helpful. Good job guys!

This was my 2nd visit to this t-mobile, and for whatever it’s worth, exemplifies why I have remained a loyal t-mobile customer for over 11 years(the same CANNOT be said for the Oxnard /esplanade location. But, let’s keep this happy hakuna matata, shall we?) First time I visited was last Sunday. My old galaxy s3 decided to not let Waze, Unilocal or other apps I needed to access for NFL-watching purposes work. So after frustrating the poor tech support svcs rep on the 611 line to the point of bawling, I decided to go to a store in person.(But NOT back to that horrid Oxnard/esplanade location. I think it’s a Bank of America masquerading as tmo, their service is justthatbad) so I trekked over to THIS location… Yeah it was crowded. Yeah I had to wait, thereby missing more Sunday NFL. But, was my own fault going there on Sunday. .Maggie drew the short straw, ummm, I mean she got my name as next to be served, and, when I didn’t cause her to weep inconsolably at my stoopid 5,213 questions, I decided right then and there I would finally allow evolution to take its course, telliing her I’d be sure to come back to get if/when I decided to upgrade. Well, only took me a week, Maggie was leaving for the day, but recommended I have Fernando help me. Another gentleman assisted me first whilst Fernando saved the world from tyranny and despair for another customer, I do not recall the gentleman’s name, but he had long dreads, and well, he was very patient with me, so, yay! Okay Fernando got me 90% setup, Danny batted cleanup, I now am the proud owner of a galaxy S5 that takes waaay better pictures of my cat than I ever even imagined possible, and that’s REALLY what a cellphone is for, isn’t it? Succinctly, AWESOME customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and, while normally I think dreadlocks don’t work on Caucasians, the first friendly tmo guy who assisted me yesterday changed my mind about that. Go Packers! Or, something.

Clint was super helpful when we came in with a totally bricked nexus 5. It was out of warranty and we hadn’t bought insurance, so there wasn’t anything to be done except buy a new phone, but his sympathy was comforting!

I’ve been coming to this store for the past three years and I have always walked away happy because of knowledge and helpfulness of the employees, until this weekend. My wife’s phone could not make or receive calls so we brought it here where we bought the phone. The young woman who helped us didn’t seem to know what she was doing and had to read from a troubleshooting tree. She came to the conclusion that my wife needed a new SIM. My wife then asked, will I lose all my contacts if I change sim cards because they are all stored on the SIM card. The lady replied it shouldn’t be a problem everything will be saved. She replaced the SIM card and it fixed the problem with the phone however, one hour later when my wife try to make a phone call, all her contacts were lost. We went back to the store and asked if they still have the old sim card. They found about five others but could not find the card that was taken out of the phone 1 hour previously. Another gentleman try to help us but had no luck. He informed us that it is the stores policy to shred SIM cards once they are removed however the young lady did not shred the SIM card but could not find it either.
