I brought my Dyson in for a cleaning and a tune-up. I was told for $ 80.00 they would clean not just the dirt collection but the motor as well. They would also call if parts needed to be replaced. I was fully aware the brush needed to be replaced. I received a call today my machine was finished. After picking I inspected in the parking lot and noticed the extent of the cleaning was limited to just the dirt collection area and poorly done! I was also told in the store that the brush, if I would like Oreck to replace would take several weeks. I asked for a refund as was denied, so I left the store with my machine still dripping water vowing never to return.

I dropped my vacuum off at the Vernon Hills, IL store last week to be tuned up and have the brush replaced. Sales associate Juris Babelnieks(as indicated on my receipt) served me both times and I would like to commend him and your company for the great customer service provided. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional with me and other customers I saw him assist. The vacuum was tuned up in a very short amount of time, and I was very relieved at how easy a process it was to get my 7 year old oreck xl vacuum serviced for the first time. It was a refreshing experience in this day and age when customer service and hidden costs are rampant in retail America. Thank you, Juris and Oreck! I will be speaking highly of your business to my friends and family for many years to come I’m sure.
