Don’t know why there all these negative reviews about this place. The place is awesome, you can get a room for four adults for under 200 bucks and enjoy their amazing amenities. Heated pools, sauna, basketball courts, tennis courts, outdoor pools. For 50 bucks a head and one hour from nyc it’s a great deal. The only thing I would change is the outdoor bar, the drinks are terrible, the only thing the girls know how to do is to poor beer, don’t get mixed drinks.

Just got here. They lost my reservation and refused to give me a credit that they had promised me over the phone, even though they had the rest of the group I met here already checked in.

Absolutely horrible customer service. No one knows what they are talking about or cares. Very rude and unorganized people working here. Will never go back.

Hotel looks nice but the walls are too thin you can hear every single conversation in the other room. I’m up late posting this because of the loud mouth next door. Probably would not come back here again.
Update:
I called at the front desk and they handled the situation accordingly. As far as the walls, you guys still need to take care of that.
Overall nice get away staycation.
