In mid September due to sudden rains (and a broken sump pump) our garage was flooded. It appears that the sump pump had been malfunctioning for some time so there was a great deal of mud and debris adding to the flooding. The folks at Southwest Processors responded quickly to our request for help. In no time they had removed the mud and silt and whatever else was clogging the drain after which we were able to urgently have the sump pump itself repaired. I am extremely grateful for their prompt response which prevented further damage to the property.

This place is great! Everyone here is super professional and courteous. Wonderful staff in the office (Sue, Linda & Armando), and wonderful staff in the yard. Everyone from the receptionist to the truck drivers are great. Highly recommended.
