After being a customer out of convenience for over 8 years I’ll never go back. The customer service is horrific. You can go right down the street to the Walgreens, get every product you could at this location & receive service with a smile. I went to print out photos here, like I have on numerous occasions, but today, the grump behind the counter decided to give me an issue because the photos «appear to be professionally done» as she looked over my shoulder while I was printing them on the Kodak machine. They were from my engagement session with my husband over 4 years ago that we’re giving to our parents. She refused to sell me my own pictures because I wasn’t carrying around a «legal waiver». Have you ever heard of such a thing? The manager had already seen me there twice before that day (as I was there again to print the last photo I forgot). It was ok to sell me the pictures twice before but now it was not. It was embarrassing and & disgraceful. They suggested calling the wedding photographer from; years ago to send the waiver! It’s like it was an absolute joke!!! I walked out & I called the Walgreens down the street in Fairfield, told them what happened & asked if I’d have any issue there and there was None at all. In fact, they all had smiles on their face when you walk in as opposed to the misery of this CVS. Done! I hope to save someone the trip and the aggravation to this CVS location.
