U-Haul Moving & Storage of Vestavia

Terrible management (Paul Clifton Jr.), as well as staff (rude Nappy redheaded lady). I have never felt so disrespected and ripped off by a rental place. Charges still appearing on credit card that can’t be explained by management I’m just told they are correct. Corporate office is a joke, have called 3 separate occasions and am still awaiting a return call from a supervisor, apparently they’re all busy. This happens every time I myself or my partner rent from u –haul, busted tailgate, alignment jacked so hard trucks are unsafe to drive, hinged gates inoperable, maintaining the equipment must not be part of the job. Needless to say when you drive 2 hours to pick up a load using u-​hauls trailer only to get to your load location to realize you can’t open the gate because it’s broken, or the hydraulics don’t work to lower the load ramp. Only to be laughed at when I try to dispute the charges. This is a horrible renter and I discourage anyone from ever using this store epically the Vestavia Hills AL location.
