Employees do a great job of keeping the customer happy. If I was ranking on the quality of work being done I would say it earned itself 3.5−4 stars. Ice cream speaks for itself… delicious! I must say however that the overall quality of the establishment is subpar. I saw cockroaches in the bathroom, numerous wall plugs were not working, drains were flooding when the employees were trying to clean up, etc. The owner needs to seriously consider investing some money on renovation and improvement of a safe and healthy work environment… and maybe invest in insect repellant?

Closed at 8:08pm on Tuesday Dec 2^nd… myself and others went to open the door and it was locked… employees working quickly to get out said they were told to close because of weather… wonder if the franchisee knows?

I was about to order and the lady in front of me changed her mind (she didn’t want her rocky road ice cream in a waffle cone) instead of throwing it away I told them I’d buy it, the guy was nice enough to give it to me for free and it was delicious, my brother got an Oreo sundae, he loved it too.

I bought my son his 18^th birthday cake from B & R and we were so disappointed, they now use buttercream frosting instead of vanilla ice cream to frost the cake, the cake was so dry it crumbled… I feel jipped I spent 25.00 on this cake. I can’t imagine how my son feels :(

Yum! I have enjoyed BR since I was a kid. The popular flavors are still going strong and so are the prices! I haven’t been to this location before, but I received friendly service in a clean environment. You can’t go wrong with BR!:)

If I could give zero stars I would have. My husband and I were up in Victorville looking for a new place to live this past weekend. We did and will be moving. I wanted a treat to celebrate and love Baskin Robbins Chocolate ice cream. Just plain chocolate. We went in to this store around 4pm and right away we were grossed out. There were 3 employees and it was a busy Sunday afternoon however, the floors were so dirty our feet stuck to them. Then one of the guys told use they only had the flavors showing. There were only 7 flavors. They didn’t even have chocolate or vanilla for a shake.
We will never go back to this location again.
