Pine Ridge Treatment Center

A good friend of mine asked me to assist her in finding help. I came across this place online and called in. A woman named Cathy answered the phone and proceded to laugh at me (audibly) when I asked her if I could set up an appointment for my friend. She said «That’s not the way it works»…
It isn’t??? Huh… that’s a first. She then proceded to ask me several questions in a rapid fire manner, cut me off several times, and asked me if I was on a cell phone because «I HATE CELL PHONES»…
Before we could get anywhere the constructive, her other line rings and she says — «Hold that thought, I gotta put you on hold to take this other call.»
Imagine if it were ME having some crisis and needing someone with a kind, compassionate demeanor and with good listening skills.
Needless to say I hung up. What a nightmare!
I HOPE CATHY ISN’T THE PSYCHOLOGIST HERE!!!
