I really wanted to give SLS construction services a good review, but unfortunately, this is not the case. I contacted Sandro the first week of August to do drywall ceiling repair, stucco repair and patio repair. He gave me an estimate for the job, I told him, I would like for him to start the work, I agreed to wait a week because he was working on another project, but then after that, it just went downhill. He send one of his workers to repair drywall on ceiling, and the guy showed up late with no tools for the job. Sandro had said that he was going back on a Monday to finish the job. But when we arrived to the house on a Friday the same week, thinking the job was finished, to my surprised, it wasn’t. I would had appreciated a phone call to tell me that he wasn’t able to go that week, but it wasn’t until I called him. he said that he had an emergency at another job and he couldn’t complete my job. At that point we were a week away of turning the house to the new tenants, and the ceiling was not done, or the stucco repair at the entrance and the patio of the house. Since we were so close to give the house to the new tenants, he wanted to make it right and said that he would paint the ceiling since I wasn’t going to have time to paint it. Well, he painted alright, but not the edges or trim work, because he didn’t have the tool and then he said that he wasn’t supposed to paint the ceiling. He finish the job on August 28 and we needed to give keys to new tenants on august 29, we still had to paint the ceiling and the stucco in the front porch. We manage to finish the job ourselves by pulling an all nighter. Also he’s not good at cleaning after his work, he dumped stucco residue at the front of the house staining my stairs and rocks, Sandro seems like a very good guy but he doesn’t live up to his word and the quality of his work is poor. I told him that next time instead of giving promises to his customers, he should just be honest and say he is not able to do the job.

Voted best in the Desert for 2014 and 2015, Sandro Silva has finally gone into business for himself. His work is amazing as he constructed an entire kitchen for my family
