Our mother board went out on our server, crippling our business; we couldn’t do without our computer system. After speaking with their technician Jerry, he arrived at my business with a loaner server with all of my companies’ programs and data loaded, ready to go. All in all, our computers were down for less than two hours with no loss of sensitive data.

We can call them for help with any of our computer questions as many times as we want during the month for one flat fee; talk about a great benefit, I wish we would have found them sooner!
