every day they take my order & on the receipt it is correct but then when they give me my order it is wrong. They are always in a rush to get people out & don’t pay attention to the screen to what the order is. I will not be giving them business any longer. They should be accurate not in a hurry.

In the morning, I love this location. Everything is fresh, and service is pretty quick. However, like one other reviewer has noted, the posted hours(open until 9:00PM daily) are either incorrect, or someone’s slacking off. I’ve dropped by in the evening several times — as recently as last week — and they’re always closed up by 8PM. On Tuesday, I showed up at 8 on the dot, and everything was already locked up and turned off — so it’s possible they close even earlier than that. This would easily be a four or five star location if they’d correct their posted hours.

While the shop and exterior are clean and neat, I was robbed of my opportunity to enjoy a nice donut because this location closed prior to 8:15 pm on Friday, April 8, 2016. This is in spite of the fact that their website and window sign indicate that they are open until 9:00 pm. There was not even a courtesy sign in the window apologizing for the inconvenience. =

Bump up due to being open today a couple days after the blizzard of 2016. Stick with the blueberry and glazed donuts.

Had a unpleasant situation on 12÷31÷15 which was resolved within 6 days. Hopefully they pay more attention to customer service from now on. :)

Sooooo… incredibly…slow…I don’t know if it is a staffing issue in the morning, but whenever I stop in there is usually only 1 person working. They don’t even acknowledge that you are waiting or apologize, just sort of stare at you blankly like it isn’t their problem. A «one moment please» would be nice. Semi convenient location near the metro, but other than that I would avoid this location.

I like the location and the donuts, but the service here was definitely sub-par. I ordered a dozen donuts and a hot tea. The counter girl asked me if I wanted the tea black, but I said I’d like some milk and sugar, figuring they’d put in for me like they do at all the other DD I’ve visited. The staff of 3 mainly chatted amongst themselves or with another customer, who was obviously a friend. At one point, in the middle of serving me, all 3 of them left the counter area together to talk in the back room, but still in sight of the customers. When one of them came out and realized I was still standing there waiting for something, he ambled over to the order screen to see what I needed — my tea — then fixed it and brought it to me. It wasn’t until later, after I had left the shop and driven to work, that I realized he hadn’t added the milk and sugar. Boooo!

This DD is a retail store with a few spaces out front and no drive through. Inside, a bit bigger than some, not as big as others. The donuts, sandwiches and coffee is the same as others. Hot, fast and good. Yum. It might be really convenient for those in the area or if you’re passing by leaving the Metro station, but without a drivethrough it’s a loss for me.

I love Dunkin Donuts and go out of my way for a coffee and breakfast sandwich from them. I was the happiest man on the planet when I realized that there one across the street from where I live. That’s where my enjoyment ended. This is worst franchise I have ever been to. The have no idea what products the have or how to prepare them. On a daily basis they are without regular menu items. And my personal favorite, they staff the establishment with one person during peak service hours. Never again.

I had been craving dunkin donuts for some time and was finally able to make it out to the merrifield location. Unfortunately the munchkins were stale and flavorless, especially the pumpkin. Also, they did not have any Boston crème which was disappointing. The service was ok but unfortunately this location was not able to fulfill my cravings.

This Dunkin’ is a favorite because it is super close to home and near the metro station. The workers are super nice and knows my order before I can get it out. Not sure if that is good thing or not, but it saves me the time trying to decide if I should try something else! hahaha Now depending on what time and day you visit, the line can be ridiculous. There has been a number of times, I walked in and walked right back out. The line wasn’t out the door, I just had not planned on spending the extra time in line. I will continue to frequent this location!!!

Being that this DD is located in a new building. This place is clean and neat. Compared to some other DD locations this location has an ample seating area too. We went around mid-morning after a doctor’s appointment and street parking didn’t seem to be an issue at all! Bonus for that! Saying«Yay! I’m a fan» of DD is a bit of a stretch, but saying«A-OK» doesn’t quite do it justice, so I’ll throw them a bone since it still looks brand spanking new!

Excellent assortment of fresh donut on a late Friday afternoon. The key lime donut was delicious! There was some beverage confusion taking place with the wait staff. My small coffee with a little milk and some sugar became milk with coffee and no sugar! The wait time was also long considering there was one person ahead of me and a couple behind me. Other than that, the ambience of a art deco style newly opened donut shop was enjoyable. I will be back to enjoy another Friday afternoon with friends.

The small coffees here are more like mediums, so order a size down. I had the skim caramel turtle iced coffee the other morning and it was delicious. I’ve ordered a ham and cheese croissant from here a few times since I don’t eat whole eggs, and they’re consistently okay– the cheese is not melted(nor is it Swiss)– but it works. I also recently tried the hashbrowns, which are very well seasoned. Nearly ¾ of the way through, I realized one of those seasonings was sage. I really, really dislike sage, but there was such a small amount of it and it was only taste-able in a few hashbrowns, so I pushed through. The line can get pretty long in here and service is pretty slow, so it’s not something to stop by on a morning you’re in a hurry.

I went to this place three mornings in a row. Even with a long line, this place can produce some food. Donuts were excellent and fresh. The hot breakfast sandwiches are amazing. The hashbrowns are seasoned and tasty.

Very friendly service and fresh food. It hasn’t been crowded yet but it’s new so give it some time and I’m sure crowds will build in the morning. There’s not much in the area so DD is a very welcome addition. They are giving out free medium coffee their first two weeks and try an Irish Crème donut too, it tastes sort of like an Irish Coffee and is a worthy addition to the DD donut lineup. I’m sure I’ll be a regular here as long as I work in the area.

A brand new Dunkin Donuts just opened in the trendy Halstead Square Apartment building near Dunn Loring Metro Station. They open early at 5AM on the weekdays and 6AM on Saturdays and Sundays. The business is new, so everything has that fresh, new car feel. This location is very small and does not have a drive through. They still have to work the kinks out a little though — their credit card computer /machine was out of order today so they were only accepting cash. Parking might be a problem during the day — they only have on street parking and it will probably be difficult considering it is close to a subway station(despite parking signs to prevent commuter parking). I go there mainly for the coffee which is always brewed fresh and better than 7-Eleven in my opinion.
