Been to this location dozens of times, well over 30 I’d estimate, and by and large had a good dining experience. Tasty food, clean and nice décor. Great location. Food sometime takes a bit to be delivered but not excessive. At times can be loud with youth sport teams. This is a solid 3 star location that might occasionally surge into a 4 star. ATTNOWNER: I’m writing this in hopes that you and the offending manager will read this. On Sunday evening, the manager had two of her family members camp out in the middle of the restaurant next to the soda machine. Normally, this isn’t an issue. But this instance the family members acted as if this was their own living room. The child walked on the table and acted up numerous times. The older and very LOUD lady frequently yelled at the child who then cried. Same lady conducted excessively loud phone calls for all to hear and used inappropriate language. Every patron looked at each other in disbelief at such extreme level of poor judgement, situational awareness, and absolute lack of manners et decorum. The activity continued for quite some time. Patrons beware, if you observe a loud lady with a large Redskins jacket camped out and leaning against the soda machine at this Noodles — you are likely to observe some inappropriate behavior.

the only reason to come here is if you have a stubborn child who will eat nothing but badly seasoned noodles. Tried this out for a quick cheap meal as they’re all over the place and the food is presented as noodles, sandwich, and soup dishes from around the world. In reality it is more akin to noodles, sandwich, and soup dishes with painfully generic presumptuous renditions of what someone who doesn’t eat foreign cuisine think worldly dishes might taste like. Just awful over-priced, underwhelming food… with lackadaisical service to top it off. If you’re in the Vienna area, do yourself a favor and stop in to literally anywhere else really… it will be likely cheaper, but definitely better than this place.

My kids love this place. I can’t understand why. The pasta was blah and the chicken that I’ve gotten seems to be some sort of processed meat formed to look like a breast. I avoid this place when I can.

I like their food and would give it 3 stars. But after being ignored in favor of several phone orders and then going off to do something else without so much as a «Hi – right back.» I decided I would do better to get my lunch somewhere else. I’ll probably try this place again, but if I see the same young woman at the register«to take orders», you can be sure I am going elsewhere. We have lots of good places of lunch in Vienna, VA!

Can’t believe with all the times I’ve been here that I’ve never reviewed this place! I can’t get enough of it! Almost everything on the menu is delicious and filling! Im always greeted the moment I walk in the door, and they have an infamous coca cola freestyle soda machine! What’s not to love? My personal favorites lie among the Mac and cheese for comfort food, penne rosa, pesto cavatappi, and the Japanese pan noodles. You can add a side Caesar for only $ 1.25! So of course, I always do! It’s always a good day when I make it to noodles!

All the pictures of those beautiful grilled chicken breasts need to be removed from anything related to Noodles and Company. I had the misfortune of learning the hard way tonight that Noodles and Company has completely changed the way they serve their chicken. What was once a beautifully grilled succulent whole chicken breast that was typically sliced in about 4 – 5 strips has now been replaced with some disgusting looking mess that appears as though they tossed the chicken in a blender, and I was personally told by the manager that it now comes all mixed up like that in a big bag now!!! I really wish I would have been told this before I spent over $ 50!!! Additionally, I typically order extra chicken breasts on the side and ordered 4 extra breasts this time but what I received in the individual side cups definitely wasn’t the equivalent of an entire chicken breast, yet I am still being charged for a full breast! When these changes were made, noodles and company should have been having their employees bring that to the attention of all of the customers ordering dishes that previously came with full chicken breasts because I feel like I wasted $ 50, and to be honest I feel completely ripped off. When I went all the way back into the store after checking my order in the car and seeing this disgusting mess that is now what they serve as «chicken breast», the manager told me there have been a lot of complaints and that my best bet was to contact the company and let them know how I feel. While I appreciated his honesty I really think if he is aware of the fact that many customers have major issues with the way they serve their chicken now, noodles and company should be mentioning the change to customers placing orders containing the new disgusting blender chicken. Had this been brought to my attention when I was placing my order(like around the time that I was ordering additional chicken breasts on the side they could have mentioned the fact that there’s no way for them to measure a complete chicken breast anymore because it all comes blended up in a bag now!!!) I could have saved more than $ 50 this evening!!! Regardless, with this new change, even though it’s still chicken, the appearance of it is disgusting, and presentation is important. Additionally, quality has gone way down with the chicken. If I’m being told that the bits of chicken they now serve arrived in a big plastic bag already blended together like that before they cooked it, that’s a huge drop in quality to me yet they still charge me the same amount that they did when they gave me the full chicken breast. I can honestly say that I will NEVER eat at noodles and company again unless they go back to serving their grilled chicken the way they used to. Even though according to the manager this is something the company has done in every noodles and company chain, i’m still giving this restaurant one star because I think somebody should’ve made me aware of it or at least offered me a discount or my money back.

My coworker was initially thrilled to have won a business card drawing for free lunch for her and some of our colleagues. I have won this in the past and it was a lovely experience. She emailed in advance to let them know we when she would be redeeming the generous coupon. Unfortunately, when we arrived the manager was completely overwhelmed with weekday business and obviously irritated by our arrival. They wouldn’t take our order at the counter, despite having waited in line for ten minutes. We then sat another 20 – 25 minutes at a table because the manager said he would take our order once we were seated. Since the counter was eventually empty we stood, again, to order. This is when he bluntly stated that this coupon was intended for new customers, not past patrons. You can imagine our confusion as we thought we were in for a treat to thank us for being loyal customers and in fact we were not welcome. Had any of us known that we shouldn’t have accepted the offer we most certainly wouldn’t have gone. It was humiliating. Despite his annoyance he reluctantly took our order. Overall, we were incredibly grateful for such a generous offer from one of our favorite lunch spots, but wish the company would have better communicated expectations to avoid this embarrassment.

Great service delicious food. I love that I can add a bowl of soup for $ 1. I like the penne rosa and the pesto cavatappi are personal faves. Try the parmesan encrusted chicken, it makes every dish better.

It’s hard to give a chain restaurant more than 3 stars but I kind of want to for this one and therefore will. The service is always very fast and good and the dishes have a lot of vegetables. One time I ordered online and asked for spinach with my take out meal. There was no leaf of spinach to be found so I called the restaurant(it only costs $ 1 more but hey, there was no spinach). The manager sent me a postcard for a completely free meal and drink in return. Now that’s what I call service!

I visited this noodle company first time. I so disappoint. It was not busy at all but i got the food so late. they forgot to cook my pasta. so i went to counter and look at them. Then they just start cooking and give me the free coupon for excuse. After that I got home and open it but i did not get the rest of the food I order. The food test is so-so too :(

The food choices are real good. Im a regular here and its pretty consistent. Ive always been a fan. The only problem recently was that they are heavy on the sauces and spicyness. to the point where its not edible anymore. Ive never had a problem with their customer service or anything and the quality of food remains consistent. Just they need to take it easy on the overbearing sauces.

Pretty good counter service, beats fast food for sure. Been eating here for years, trying out various things on the menu including the Pad Thai that seems to be getting less than rave reviews, the Japanese Pan Noodles, and the Indonesian Peanut Sauté. Paired with the Thai curry soup, they’re all good — but the Pan Noodles are by far my favorite. Even better, I can sub out the sprouts and carrots(allergy) for extra broccoli! Yes, it’s not a full scale restaurant so temper your expectations. Parking is tricky, though there are extra spots in the back. Kids love the place.

Today I visited this Noodles for the second time with some family members. When we all arrived, it was not busy. So we walked up to the counter and were served super fast. My girlfriend ordered the spaghetti and I got the Bangkok curry. Unfortunately none of the Servers there indicated to me that I could add a meat to my curry, and I think that it would have added some flavor. Anyway, my girlfriend and I just went with it. I had read previously that someone else left a review complaining about the young staff and that they didn’t seem to be too experienced. Our food arrived fast and everything was delicious. The food was cooked perfectly and we all enjoyed it. One thing that was cool was the coke machine is revolutionary and you can make almost any type of coke drink that you want. I’m sure we will be back to Noodles, it was good eats!

Ok, the food is pretty good and satisfying, but not five star. So, I give Noodles in Vienna just a four, but I must say that this is one of the most kid friendly, well staffed, convenience food places in the area. The staff here has always been very helpful and they have provided good service with a friendly attitude. The management at this Noodles must be doing something right, that’s for sure. I like it, and will go back here on a regular basis, even if it costs a few quarters more than some other convenience food places. Also, I love the soda machine, very cool!

I’ve had multiple experiences with this place, and it ranges from Meh to Ok. What makes this harder to review is how my cousin, a man who studied the fine art of food, used to work at one of these places. I’ll try to keep that bias out of the review. Very inexpensive and fast. I’ve had everything on the menu but the salads, which my sister likes to get. The food seems to vary day to day. Sometimes the pad thai can be a little too dry, and little flavor; then the next time it has more flavor, but still dry. It’s certainly fine to get if you want a cheap eat and are in a rush and you don’t really mind how it was made. Parking can be a nightmare. The design is extremely quirky, and it’s a busy area? Oh jeez.

Everyone knows paying restaurant prices for pastas is a ripoff, but N&C is less so, I suppose. It’s a decent value, and I’ve tried a few things here and never had anything I didn’t like. It’s nothing special, but good for a quick lunch when you are in the mood for something different. I like how there are American, Asian, etc., options across the menu. The downside is this place is always packed out with annoying children.

Memo to self: One orders pad Thai at a Thai restaurant, not a place known for Macaroni and Cheese with bacon in it. This was probably the worst meal I’ve had in a restaurant in at least two years. I’d ordered my Pad Thai with chicken. It arrived with a partially sliced frozen from a bag chicken breast laying atop the noodles. The noodles had less spice than a D&D role player’s sex life, and the reddish pink sauce tasted like it came in a jar from Safeway. The only redeeming grace is the patio seating, and even that only looks out on a parking lot.

I was going to give it one star, but the people who worked there were very nice, plus the atmosphere deserved the extra star. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a lazier dish than at this place. My daughter ordered the mac n cheese. It was literally a bowl of boiled elbow macaroni and then someone threw a handful of processed shredded supermarket cheese out of a plastic bag over the pasta. That’s it. My asian noodles were better, but overall, I really wouldn’t want to go back. The food seemed a bit plasticky and non-natural. If you have low food standards, you’ll love it as did the rest of the patrons there. If you feel that food is more of an experience than just something to be consumed, don’t go.

I know this is a chain and usually I try to stay away from chains, but I love Noodles & Company! I get the Pesto cavatappi… yum yum yum. I could eat it every day. My H likes the Indonesian Peanut Sauté. Overall the food is fresh, reasonably priced, and quick. Yay Noodles & Company! P. S. I agree about the bad parking… I remember when this little strip mall was built, the builder somehow got away with creating less parking spaces than was legally needed. So it can be pretty Mad Max there. I usually park in the lot next door and haven’t had a problem. I don’t know if they monitor it though.

Gross. Call me spoiled, call me a hater, but ultimately — call me an Asian who knows good noodles. This place just wasn’t it. Granted, if you’ve never lived overseas and eaten freshmade noodles from a cart on the side of a street in Korea, had ramen at a cart in Japan, or Pad Thai from the streets of Thailand, then you won’t truly understand why I would be such a damn snob about it. But Noodles & Company is an overly Americanized expensive attempt at making fast food of another Asian staple carbohydrate. Bleh.
