I recently purchased a ham for my sons birthday and had a problem with the glaze. Upon calling they apologized and offered a replacement to made me happy. I appreciate their excellent customer service and will continue to shop at Honey Baked Ham!

My mom requested in advance that a bone-​in ham be pre-​sliced for her the Thursday before Easter. At first, the answer was no, but she called back & spoke to the manager explaining that neither she or my dad could slice meat very well any more & she was bringing the ham to my house for Easter. The manager agreed. When she went to pick it up, there was a mix up & the wrong size ham was sliced (too small). The manager gave her another 3 lbs of free sliced ham. She was very pleased & offered to pay, but was told it was their error & they were happy to do this.
She has bringing HBH to our Easter gathering for over 25 years. We will continue to be loyal HBH in customers.

Wow, what a shame it closed. We were just out here a few months ago and got a really good deal on a ham. The gentleman who waited on me was really nice and the ham was fabulous. Well, there are other stores around. All I can say is that in this family, Honey Baked Ham rocks!
