Blinds 4 U

To update my previous review. Howard got wind that I was not a happy camper and gave me a call to ask why I had not called to tell him I was not happy with my blinds. He said that Blinds 4U is all about pleasing the customer. I told him that I had tried to call numerous time over a weeks time but never was able to get through. He apologized that he never got the calls. To make a long story short Howard came out and took a look and agreed there was a problem. He had his installers come out and fix the problems with the mini blinds. The vertical blind vanes were not straight (bowed) and he ordered new ones and had those installed. The new vanes were also bowed when they were hung up so Howard called the manufacture and it was decided that the pattern that was on the vanes was the problem. I agreed to have vanes with no pattern installed and those were ordered. I just had them installed today and all is good. They stand by their service and want the customer to be pleased. For all Howard did to solve the problems I say that I would give them my business again and would recommend them to others.

Hello, Howard came out on a Sunday to measure my blinds and shades. He made a mistake and ordered one extra blind (I don’t know how), but he took it off the bill no questions asked. His installer is very polite and knowledgeable and has a General Contractor background. He knows how to do more than just screw into your trim or window. 3 weeks later, I have great custom blinds that were made *in Philly* putting local people to work.
