I order thin and crispy pizza with light cheese and onion and light jalopino topping. When pizza Came it was very thin but crispy because they loaded topping and sauce so much that when I try to lift slice everything was falling off.
I told them. No decency to replace it. Bad business practice. And charged full price and I didn’t eat none of it.
Note. After my husband finish eating they said they will make us another small pizza which was very good.

We eat here about 3 to 4 times a month, never had issues until recently, delivery service takes longer and longer every time now, I was told 30 min, and it got dropped off 1hr and 20 min later, and the excuse is we had a bunch of big orders. Plus my order was not correct.
A week before this week same excuse we are busy. That is why it’s taking so long. To me don’t tell me your busy and you have big orders, that makes me feel my order is not important to you. There are plenty of other pizza places in Vineland.
If just seems food, service and quality is not the same as before.

Good pizza. Horrible service!!! I ordered pizza from them it took an hour and forty five minutes for my pizza to arrive. Before my food arrived I called and asked where my order was. The women told me it’s a dinner rush. I understand that. But don’t tell me it’s going to arrive in a half hour. So when the food finally arrived it was ice cold. The establishment is a mile in a half from the house. I asked the guy if the food was coming from another country. I told him to take it back. The manager called me and asked me if I asked the delivery driver if he came from another country. I told her I didn’t say that and she told me she believes her delivery driver. That’s fine if that justifies him being over an hour and a half late. By the way. Yea the delivery guy was Hispanic. So is my wife and kids!!!

There was a time when I ate here regularly; that was a few years ago. Service was always iffy, but the pizza was good. .. particularly the spinach and tomato pie. I wasn’t a huge fan of the chicken barbecue, however.
My understanding is that ownership of this store has changed hands numerous times.

Spend your money somewhere else! They botch the orders and deliveries on a regular basis and don’t care when you call to complain! Terrible customer service should not be tolerated in this economy! I would give less than one star if I could!

Pizza Pizzazz is comparable to Jumbo Slice. It was good, but certainly not gourmet! They have unique (and fattening) creations! I saw a pizza there with chili cheese fries on it. I got the one with chicken parmigana on top. It was good though.

Pizza Pizzazz did their own gourmet pizza thing. It was unique and really really good. After many years, it was sold to a different person and is doing something different. Not sure why they changed what they were doing, it was awesome a shame really. Called «Danny’s» now.
