Yep we were those assholes that ordered late Christmas night. So against one of my rules but I was exhausted from 2 days of festivities and had nothing in the fridge for dinner so it was off to Unilocal and Google to find something open on Christmas that would deliver.
Awesome choice! We got a large bacon crumble pizza which was super good. A little seasoning on the crust would make all the difference. And we also got hot wings. Yum yum yum. Lightly breaded, and great hot sauce flavor.
Would totally get those again and again.
So thanks for feeding me when I was simply too lazy on a holiday.

So I started a new shift at work, and did not get home until after 1 a.m. Chanellos Pizza was the only place open for delivery. The food arrived well before the estimated time. Unfortunately the is the only thing that stood out.
I got a medium pepperoni pizza and six mild wings. With the coupon and delivery charge it was 17.43. I hate to tip when they charge for delivery but it’s not the drivers fault. The pizza was ok at best, and the wings were tiny, but the sauce was good.
Overall it’s not better then Dominos $ 5.99 deal, and a worse value. If I ever get stuck and have to order from there again I will try the sandwiches. Still looking for great pizza in Virginia Beach.

Ordered a pizza at 11:55 pm was told 45 min-​1 hour wait which is normal on a friday night … after 4 calls (+ a very very rude staff + asking for the regional & district manager’s phone numbers & then told it was not possible to speak with them, ever because they have «personal numbers») our pizza was finally delivered after 1:15 am. Stay far far away. I will be contacting anyone (above the manager) who is available to hear this complaint. P. S. If you’re going to lie to someone about customer service, make sure it isn’t someone with experience.

Little Caesar’s is right across the street in a plaza; I would probably go there before I ordered from this place again.
There was nothing special about it at all; it reminded me of digorno’s. Not awful but definitely not great pizza. Definitely will pass on this when I come back.

Worst experience ever. Do not order from here. Very rude on the phone and then the woman, who claimed to be the manager, yelled at and hung up the phone when I called to see if the call to my mobile number was them. They had my room number and never tried that. Will be reviewing security tapes with hotel manager in the morning to confirm if they even showed up (they claimed to have knocked on the door which I was sitting 10 feet from the entire time) all this no pizza ever delivered. Found out from hotel front desk that this location on independence never delivers here and the hotel front desk provided appropriate locations. Would have been nice of the manager to have stated this off the bat when I first ordered. Instead she said she never heard of the candle wood suites. Guess that should have been the red flag to end the order right then.

Been awhile since ordering pizza from chanellos. Like 18yrs when i first joined the navy. Place looks clean. I’ll find out when I get my food.

Ordered delivery. Had the two three topping large pizzas for 27.99. Pizza were decent and the delivery was pretty fast so pretty satisfied. Not crazy good but better than pizza Hut or little Cesar’s.

I had never been here before but I got amazing customer service and the pizza were so good. We had a party and the girl offered us to get the huge pizzas. I would order from there again

I’ve had their pepperoni pizza a long time ago that I can’t even recall if it was good or not, but I recently had their chicken florentine pizza at 1 in the morning, and it was SO GOOD. Possibly the best white pizza I’ve had, which really surprised me because I always thought Chanello’s was one of those low-​quality, tasteless pizza chains (Little Caesar’s *ehem*). I also love that they stay open really late. I always get cravings late at night and find that pizza places close between 10−11pm, but Chanello’s is open late for carry-​out and delivery!
I can’t speak for other foods in their menu, but definitely try their white pizzas!

this could have easily gotten 5 stars, the food is great, delivery didn’t take too long, it was so close to exactly what I wanted, but here’s the thing, if you give a spot for delivery instructions, follow the damn instructions. here I am with a migraine, ordering pizza so I didn’t have to deal with the light and sound outside so I said to call me when the pizza got here instead of knocking on the door since that would make the dog bark, and they knocked on the door, now my headache is worse. Food is pretty great though, and that’s why I’m not calling to complain.
