Dave to face customer service on driver thru great idea. They move so quickly through the drive thru during peak hours. Great service all around. Love this place.

Contrary to popular belief not all Chik Filas are the same. This restaurant was packed with lines around the building, and still the employee s were kind and patient. Whoever is the manager needs an award! Efficient, quick and courteous enough reasons to come back again and again. Did I mention the well done made to order tasty chicken?

Amazing food. But let’s talk about the service. It’s always great. They are extremely fast and customer service is their first priority!

I only purchase a couple of menu items. Those are the salads and the waffle fries. Chick-​Fil-​A is far better than your standard fast food fare. My grandkids love it here. They love the food and the play area for the kids. So many places have done away with the play areas for kids and for that reason this is the one place you can enjoy with them and grab a quick bite to eat.
The employees here are overly nice. They go above and beyond to meet your needs whether you eat in or take out. They walk around inside checking on the patrons at their tables to see if they need anything. The remove trash from the tables, bring extra chairs or highchairs if needed, clean up any messes, etc. I can only recall one time not getting napkins in my bag, but I believe the employee was new. Service seems to be a priority here.
The parking lot is always clean with easy care landscaping. It’s rare to come here and not have a line that often spills out of their parking lot and into traffic. The single lane drive-​thru quickly turns into a dual speaker and menu board when you reach the back of the building and merges back into a single lane. Obviously, this method works for them because the wait is not long. They boast a large crowd inside as well and are adept at managing them in a timely fashion.

Never a disappointment.
I grabbed lunch from here yesterday. Even though the drive through line was all the way out to Indian River Rd., I ordered and was served my food in about 10 minutes. The young ladies at the window were very friendly (just like every other restaurant in the chain. Lol.)

I love the Chick! This place has reopened after the remodel. I didn’t go inside so I don’t know what they did but it looks about the same from the outside. While the folks are perfectly pleasant at this location they aren’t as fabulous as Salem Crossing!

I have to give this a 5 because who doesn’t love chick fi la and their wonderful customer service! We live less than a mile from this location and I’ve never once been dissapointed. I do agree with other reviews it’s ALWAYS BUSY! But like I said who doesn’t love chick fi la! Downside is parking and the small lot the building is on makes it hard to pull out of your parking spot without almost hitting a car in the drive through. But that def doesn’t keep my family away!

The chicken always taste fresh and seasoned well. This particular chick-​fila was located at the mall food court. The area and open kitchen was very clean and organized. Upon approaching the counter I was greeted by a staff member and was given a few minutes to look over the menu before selecting a choice. I choose the chicken nuggets and waffle fries with a diet lemonade.
The chicken nuggets were made with real chicken, white meat to be exact. You could tell immediately it was not made from processed meat. The chicken nuggets were well seasoned and taste fresh. Their waffle fries are the best. Lightly seasoned and cooked to order. I especially enjoyed the diet lemonade, it didn’t taste diet nor leave a nasty after taste like most diet drinks.
I always enjoy eating here. I’m a fan

Never been in a bad Chick-​fil-​A. This is a beacon of well run businesses that establish high standards of customer service and quality product that outshines any of the competing fast food places.

Maybe it’s healthier than McD’s, maybe it isn’t. I’ve had a cheeseburger here or there and it usually sits in my stomach like a lump for a while. Not so with the Chick-​Fil-​A number one (hold the pickles) and waffle fries. I prefer to go without the CFA sauce and instead grab a packet of hot sauce to pour on my chicken and then add a waffle fry or two. Yum.
They now have *grilled* chicken nuggets in addition to the battered and fried ones. I’ll have to try that next time!
Drive through with two ordering stations seemed to be getting stuff done promptly.

i can never leave VA without eating chick-​fil-​A. waffles fries and Polynesian sauce yes please! the chicken tenders and sandwiches are a bit salty for me but next time i will need to try the grilled ones and the salads.
staff is always friendly, place gets super crowded during lunch time and the place is kept clean most of the time.
can’t wait till nyc opens a few spots up. the prices are a bit higher than most fast food chains and is closed on Sundays but it’s good stuff!

Well this was an interesting experience. There were cows and dancing and hootinannies. The food was good and the chikfila sauce was great. I had a good time and would give this a 4 star rating. The 5^th star will come with my free chikfila sandwich.

Worst service ive gotten from a chick fil a. Been going to this location for the longest and lately the service is getting slower and they are making mistakes on order… wonder whats going on

They have a double drive thru and are pretty fast.
Ive been here on cow day and they really have their act together.
I’ve never had any kind of issue.
The parking lot is a little difficult to get in and out of. If they restructured it, parking would be easier.

For a while I was so hooked on Chick-​fil-​A it was ridiculous.
I would go every chance I got. If I was coming to work late I would pick up breakfast and lunch and walk into work with a huge bag of enough food to last me the rest of the day.
I am fond of the Chick-​n-​Minis with sweet tea and the waffle fries. The lemonade is so very refreshing.
This particular location is quite busy especially during lunch. I mean beyond busy, like there was a boyband member signing autographs at the drivethru window. A few times I went for a late lunch thinking the line would be shorter, but even after 1pm there was still a line of card wrapped around the building. Onetime the line was out into the road, filling up the turn lane… that day I said forget it and kept driving.
I don’t know what to tell you is the best time to come for lunch. Just go at an unusual time or park and dine in or get carryout.
I recovered from my cravings and I have only been here once in 2014. For lunch the day my boss brought in Chick-​n-​Minis for the office. 2-​fer

I love this place! The drive thru line always moves really quickly. All the employees I’ve come across have been super friendly.
I’ve only gone inside a few times. The inside has always been clean. Sometimes it takes longer to get my order but that’s not a big deal. I love that an employee goes around and gets your refills and takes your trash. It’s definitely unnecessary but greatly appreciated. I love that about Chick-​fil-​a :)
I have absolutely zero complaints about this location :)

I’m always at odds with myself about the star-​rating. If you do your job then you should get a 100% satisfaction which is a 5 — star rating.
I would give this Chick-​Fil-​A 5 x stars but due to the location and the volume of traffic/​customers, it may not be considered «fast food» which is fine by me. Even with the high volume of cars going through the drive-​thru, they are pretty efficient. One may think there isn’t enough parking sometimes, but they have plenty in the back. Always good food (#1 with a Diet Dr. Pepper!) and friendly service.
Appears as though they have free Wi Fi, I guess you can go there and hang out and surf the net.

This place is above and beyond in Costumer satisfaction.
They are fast and great spirit of gratitude.

Great staff, reliable, well trained. I have never had an issue at this location, They are right down the street from my work and occasionally ill use the drive there for the breakfast. I have always considered that chick fil a places are a notch above burger king or other places.
You seem to pay a bit more for some things but to me its worth it because most other fast food places are just a crap hole.

Chick-​Fil-​A, why do you make me love you when I want to hate you for being a fast food joint? IhateyouiloveyouIhateyouIloveyou!!! My Yin and my Yang are all out of whack.
You walk in expecting a surly, monosyllabic, zitty, slack-​jawed teenager to take your order but behind the counter is a phalanx of happy and helpful people. They exude a sense of pleasure in serving you your order quickly and accurately. How is this possible? What is the secret? Wikileaks needs to get on this right freaking now.
Their spicy chicken sandwich is too good to be true. How does a mass production process result in something so delicious? Don’t expect me to talk about how well the lemonade goes with this sandwich. I can’t do it. I might weep.
Do these people know how frustrating it is to want to walk into a place spewing hate and vitriol at the concept of their very existence only to walk out happy and satisfied? I can’t even complain about the bathroom. It was spotless.
