Ordered at 1 pm… got served at 2 pm. Waitress admitted to giving my order to somebody else. I will never come back!!!

When we came in, we were there for a private graduation party. We were off peak hours, but at around ¾pm on a Friday night, in a beach town, during the height of summer, I expected a more robust Happy Hour crowd! Service was great, drink specials were good too, and food was average bar food. They treated us well as a private group and we enjoyed our time. I’d recommend for their happy hour deals and food.

Nice staff, had some lunch that was good. Clean nice atmosphere for a neighborhood pub.

Absolutely disgusting. Brat of a hostess copped attitude because I asked for a bag to put my leftovers in. Dirty, run down, left smelling like an ashtray

Not too bad for a quick lunch on the go. I loved the potato soup with corned beef cabbage. Fajitas were cooked to perfection. The odd thing served was the bleu cheese burger with kelly sauce but it wasn’t very tasty at all. Someone missed the mark on that one. Our waitress was great(Lindsey) kept our drinks full and didn’t hover as much as most waitresses do. She’s the only reason why I’d give this 3.5 stars but can’t do to the smell of the restaurant. Almost smelled like old cigarette smoke.

Went here Friday night for son’s birthday dinner(his choice). There were 5 in our party. The restaurant wasn’t too busy, was seated right away. Our server was very attentive. The food was great. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich, it was really great. Everyone else enjoyed their dishes as well. I think they have changed their french fries though… they were too crispy and not what they used to be. Ordered desert for the birthday boy… it was big enough for all 5 of us to share.

Went there the other night for a late night dinner and was overall disappointed. Host acted as though it was a bother for us to come in. Service was okay. Food below par, wanted a decent burger and got a hockey puck, would have been better off going to a drive thru joint.

Great food! Our server was very nice, check on our table often. The rest of the staff was nice too. Food came out just as ordered, which hasn’t been the norm here around the beach this week.

So, this was a mid-day, mid-week late lunch. Not much going on at the time, which is to be expected. The bartender, Nick, was welcoming and friendly, if a little quiet. Being where it is there were some local military types hanging out. The beer selection was the standard fair, five or six taps split between mass-produced domestic swill and mass-produced«micros», which is to be expected for a strip-mall ‘tavern’ next to a movie theater. The menu was under-exciting, might as well have gone to Applebee’s for the standard-fare«American» food. Nothing really caught my eye. I ended up with a burger and fries. Fries were strange, either overcooked or over-heat lamped: crunchy in the worst possible way, more hard than crunch. The burger was fairly good. It satisfied my need for sustenance, but didn’t wow me at all. Overall I was fairly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place, though I did hear they have good nachos. I didn’t try them myself but did see a heap of chips and cheese come out to another customer and they did look tasty. I wish I’d gotten them instead.

This is our go-to spot before we hit the movies next door. Its nothing fancy but if you are in the mood for a drink or two before the next showing along with some excellent wings and burgers, this is the place. The two things I like the most are the heart attack burger(my name for it) that has bacon, cheese and a runny fried egg on top. Gooey goodness by the bucketful. The bartenders here also make excellent dirty martinis, which you need with these burgers. The liquor dilutes the burger gunk and the saltiness helps to keep your blood pressure up. That way you can prep your body to push all that fat and cholesterol through your circulatory system before it settles in as looming arteriosclerosis.

food is awesome! great place to eat before a movie. Im a vegetarian and while there are minimal options they upped the menu and provide a ¼ pd veggie burger that was awesome. HIGHLY recommended.
