Mattress Discounters

Well at first we were stoked with what a great deal we got! We put it on layaway and scheduled the pickup. And when we arrived to pick it up we were informed that the mattress we ordered was discontinued. Nothing was put on hold or reserved after we already put SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars down payment prior. Not to mention that no one informed us we would have to pick up 20 miles away at the warehouse so I guess that was a small blessing that we came to the store first. But even after finding a «substitute» bed which was not even a brand name that we originally paid for, they couldn’t even find THAT mattress and finally called the warehouse where the LAST one in our size was found. Then the salesman had the audacity to say that it happens all the time and after asking if we can get the replacement mattress he said, «only if i can get paperwork done and lock it down. Well duh. Staff r nice but dnt expect getting your mattress to be easy.
