Natural Bodyz Fitness – Open 24/7

I love this place… and yes, I have a membership here, but not until calling many other local gyms and speaking to disinterested individuals.
I haven’t met anyone that works at this facility that is less than likeable and they are extremely helpful. They are always happy. What’s even better is that they offer workouts that are actually effective. If you go here and don’t experience any changes in strength or physical shape, it’s on you.
This gym is very clean including the bathroom (women’s).
They have a room where they offer classes to groups of people or where the trainers work with you one on one. They have the «cinema room» (not sure that’s what it’s called) with treadmills. You can shut both doors, turn on the television, and walk or run it out. I like this room because it is dark and cool. The main area of the gym boasts of ample equipment for a good workout.
The gym is open ²⁴⁄₇ and has security cameras for added safety.
Note: To the man that accused me of having an interest in promoting this gym on my Anytime Fitness review, I am not the owner. I do not work here, and did not know anyone working here until I became a member. I simply gave an honest opinion of my experience and it’s just that… my opinion, whether anyone likes it or not.

By far the best in the Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Chesapeake area! The gym itself is the perfect size with great equipment and even greater staff! Since day 1 I’ve felt comfortable enough to jump in and try new lifts or ask stupid questions. Considering its smaller size, I’ve never once had to wait for machine or weight. The staff and the members are very friendly and helpful and the facility is always clean. This may sound slightly juvenile but one thing I appreciate is that I feel safe at this gym. I work late and sometimes can’t get there until 2 or 3am. This is honestly the only place I’m not paranoid being at by myself during those hours because the doors lock for member only at the best times.

Been going here since August and it’s the best gym in the area. Open ²⁴⁄₇ and everyone is very helpful and friendly. Everyone remembers your name and is happy to see you. Best gym in Hampton roads!
