Although I have never lived at Pembroke Crossings Apartments, I have visited many times. The grounds are always clean and the staff is always inviting and kind. Shonna gave me a tour of the grounds while I was visiting. She was very informative and friendly. Everything from the grounds to the apartment interior is up to date. If I were to decide to move to Virginia Beach, Pembroke Crossings would be at the top of my list.

I love it here! The landscaping is beautiful and the residents are friendly! We accept pets and have great specials! Also the office is open 7 days a week

My family and I recently moved here in May & we love it! The customer service is excellent from the women in the office to the maintenance workers. When we did our walk through sheet, there were couple things that needed to be fixed but they were here the next day, the manager herself even called as a follow up to make sure everything was working properly.
I also really enjoy how close everything is, from stores, restaurants and the public library. My son is also special needs and is enrolled in Pembroke Meadows Elem which is 2 mins away (driving) or 10 mins (walking). That school is amazing & he loves it there!
The only flaw so far, is that I can literally hear my neighbors TV downstairs or hear them when they talk, so I’m sure when my 5 month old is crying, they can hear that too. But it doesn’t bother me, what do you expect when everything is connected?
Overall, great place and I’m glad we found it!
