Pizza Hut

I’m highly disappointed with my order. I ordered a medium hand tossed supreme pizza w/​garlic butter crust and I got a dry, thin crust. How hard is it to make a pizza right?

Not a great Pizza hut. I’ve consistently had to wait a long time for my Pizza. I think they are short staffed right now.

Don’t honor online coupons! Called in order, spoke to Scott… he is RUDE. Went to picked up order from a lady with no name tag just LONG dirty acrylic nails… preparing food. I threw up in my mouth and declined the order. Yuck!!! Was quoted 1 to 1.5 hour wait for delivery, but 10 –15 minutes for pick up. They need better management.

JUST ordered 15 minutes ago and picked up from the Shore Drive location. Service at the counter rude and overall seemed to hate his job. This attitude was not limited to just me, the unfortunate customers calling were also greeted in a rude impatient tone. Quickly asked to hold and slamming phone down. Pizza was ordered with extra sauce; it was prepared without hardly any sauce at all and nearly burned, resembles a dry cracker.

I wish this place had a drive thru! The pizza was great. I love pizza hut pizza. We got a pan crust with pepperoni and sausage. On the up side, they are polite and a worker even took the time to help me out by walking my pizza to my car when I had both my kids with me (3yr and 5yr old).

I have to give Kudo’s where they are do. I was doing some work out in VB last Wednesday night and we did a delivery order from this Pizza Hut location. I placed the order online with my iPhone App and was given a delivery time of 49 minutes. With 23 minutes to spare the delivery driver was knocking on the door with our order.
The pies were good. We had a Stuffed Crust Meatlovers and a Thin with Pepperoni, Mushrooms and Green Peppers. My only ding here was that that I thought the toppings on the thin pizza were on the light side. Otherwise it was a perfect experience.

Not our #1 go to pizza place, but had a coupon for FREE breadsticks brought us here, not to mention how very close to my home. Picked up the phone and a very nice voice on the other end without putting me on hold was appreciated. Was told 16 minutes. Smooth deal so far.
Went to pick it up around 15 minutes after the call and paid cashier, even tipped $ 1 with nice service over phone. Once it hit 20, or so minutes I became a little anxious as family was waiting for pie at home. A woman behind the counter who was not involved in my transaction was eating and drinking something, not professional… take it out of customer sight please. Pizza out and took around 25 min. A male employee opened the box to make sure it looked good. This was an A+, this never happens any where. Grabbed the box and got out of the store to head home, only to realize they forgot the main reason we came… the breadsticks. Went back in, they apologized and cranked out some in a minute.
Pie at home and the half Cheese and Sausage pizza smelled yum, tasted decent and family happy, ahh life is good. Breadsticks were very seasoned and drenched in butter. The sticks came with hot Marinara sauce. The bread tasted good and was warm, but just too buttery for my taste and wondering how many calories I would have to walk off to work off the two I ate.
I have been to this location before and even though the misstep on the breadsticks. I will keep giving them a try it’s been better. Staff for most part nice and refreshing to dial up and NOT to be put on hold like many other pizza joints. Keep in mind this is a delivery, pick-​up place only!

Well, it’s Pizza Hut. I am not a fan of fast-​food pizza but if you like Pizza Hut this location has a good staff with quick service. We order from here for birthday parties and once in a while my wife will just order from here for something different and they are very consistent. If Pizza Hut is your thing, this location is good to go. Note that this location is take-​out or delivery ONLY!
