We recently bought an adjustable bed and gel memory foam mattress from Sleep’s in Virginia Beach. The customer service we received was outstanding, especially from Kris Smith, our salesman. He was assisted on her first day by the very professional and impressive Katee Davis. The delivery and installation of the bed were first class. And when we found later that we needed help to lower the bed a bit by removing the casters, the store manager, Karl Willke, and our salesman, Kris Smith, ensured that this was done at our convenience and at no extra charge. We are still adjusting to the new style of mattress, but we know that, if we aren’t satisfied within 120 days, we can exchange the foam mattress for something more to our liking. Sleepy’s is a great store to deal with during the difficult task of replacing a mattress! Our experience with Sleepy’s has been outstanding.

Problems with delivery… promised me refund on delivery and never got it. Purchased queen with adjustable and decided to downgrade base and upgrade mattress with their 21 day policy — each person I spoke to haggled me on the exchange claiming I needed to pay MORE even though it should be less! Finally got a nice rep to do the exchange right with a credit of 535 back to my acct after I walked into the store. Well, 1^st statement no credit yet. Now 2^nd statement still NO CREDIT on my acct and delivery still hasnet refunded me my delivery fee for their screw up on dates. What the heck is this company up to??? More head ache than ever to just buy a mattress. Now I have to walk into the store once again to get them to credit my acct. I would never refer anyone to buy from this company. Bad business! Such a bad experience for a $ 2K purchase.
