Adequate service, but less than par for a Starbucks.
Ordered a venti smoked butterscotch latte and trenta passion fruit tea, but apparently so did several other people. When a smoked butterscotch latte came out, I went for it but it belonged to the person in front of me. Then the passion fruit tea came out, it belonged to the previous couple as well. When ours came out, the group behind us was going for it until they realized that those were my orders.
It’s nice to be able to pay with the phone app like most locations, but why does this location not write the names of customers on the drinks like the other locations to avoid confusion?

So I’ve been here plenty of times and never had an issue. I went today and the drive threw guy was a completely rude. He asked me what I wanted and then when I said «um» he said «just tell me whenever your ready» in this rude tone, I blew it off and was like whatever. Then when I was ready I announced «okay I’m ready sir» and he again was rude and said «go on, we are all listening» so maybe it was an off day I don’t know but he was an ass.

Same excellent service than at any Starbucks at this one! The flourless chocolate cookie is available.
Free and easy to park with a car or a bicycle nearby, a lot of cosy seating area…

This Starbucks location could be amazing and I may have just come on a off day.
The line was really long. But when I had a question the cashier was really helpful and asked one of the other workers to confirm. I like the white chocolate mocha hot in the winter so I decided to order it hot. I really wish I hadn’t. I wish I had saved my $ 4+. The wait was a legitimate 15 minutes and I barely had time to finish before my movie. And I didn’t like my iced white chocolate mocha at all. I was so disappointed.
I see several 4 & 5 star reviews so I think that on a different day, maybe with a different order I would have had better luck.
I’ll cross my fingers for you.

When I go to Lynnhaven Mall I have to stop at the Starbucks. What can I say; I just love coffee. Depending on the time of day or the season it can be very crowded and the line extremely long, but once I get my Peppermint Mocha it’s all worth the wait.

This Starbucks in the Mall so it usually stays busy (and has no drive through… it’s in the Mall!!!). I have found the service good though and coffee is always good. I had one problem here where the flavor mix was off and when I told the girl she said no problem and remade my drink and it was delicious.
This location sells gift cards and items as well even though the selection is not what you would find in an actual Starbucks store. They accept payment via the phone app as well so if you like to pay that way you are good to go.

I love how this store has a drive thru. They’re never really busy either so you can always get you’re stuff super fast.
