This apartment complex has the worst maintenance people I’ve ever had in my life. We’ve been here for 3 months and they still tangent fixed most of the things on the move in sheet. The a/​c leaks and is ruining our downstairs neighbors place. Our shower is messed up and they haven’t fixed it. The only reason I stay here is out of necessity.

Waypoint at Lynnhaven is a very lovely location to be at. Minutes away from the mall, the Town Center and beach are also conveniently located just a short drive away. The grounds are meticulously taken care of and the staff is just amazing. This place just meets the needs of any resident or future resident!
