Baskin-Robbins

Togos was delicious as usual, you really get your money’s worth. Baskin Robbins was great, first time having a cappuccino blast. .yum! The staff was great, super friendly. I’d have given 5 stars except when the owners came in, the lady was disturbing the staff/​customer interaction by admonishing staff in front of the customers. (Staff put a little too much ice cream in the cappuccino blast. And I am assuming it was the owner because she appeared to be taking inventory and did not acknowledge customers like a store manager would.) Her presence really changed the atmosphere and made things awkward. So because I don’t enjoy paying money to feel awkward or seeing great staff be embarrassed, I’d probably avoid visiting this location. especially if the owner is there. I do hope the owner sees this and apologizes to the young folks working on the afternoon of Jan 3^rd. there’s a time and a place to address training issues.. And it’s not in front of me!
