If you like waiting 30 – 50 minutes for 1 snow cone Hokulia is the place to go! If you like faster service and sugar free flavors… Tiki Snow is the place to go.

Awesome. So you wait a little while they shave the ice. Enjoy life, slow down and talk to people waiting with you. Everyone is having a good time, become part of the party

I would give this place five stars but the service was soooooo slow. The quality of the shaved ice was excellent and they have a lot of flavors to choose from. The portions are surprisingly large and a small size was enough for a normal adult. The large size was about the size of a child’s head and could probably feed a small village.
A good place to stop on a 100 degree day in visalia!
