It’s always great on a hot day. Love how you can choose what you want. And the little colorful spoons are just a plus

I went and bought two cups of frozen yogurt today, I added some pineapple to my cup, and then realized that it had what it looked like an eyelash on a piece of pineapple. The cashier kept staring at me(and failed to ask me what was wrong) so then I grabbed a napkin, took that piece out of the cup. Although the cashier was still looking at me, she did not bother to ask me what was wrong, or if I needed assistance. You would think that if she gave a damm about customer service she would just let me know if something was wrong to just start a new cup or something. She proceeded to ask me «these two?» I said yes, she asked, «to go?» I said yes. If she was told these were to go I was assuming I would get my order to go. Then after charging me, and 15 seconds later, I had to ask this young lady for two lids,(she gives me the two lids, and does not place them on the cups), I then had to ask for a bag, I was then expected to put my own cups on this bag.(ridiculous) then I was just really upset and asked her for the two spoons. The lack of customer service at this place was horrible. Never going back there again. Wherever else I’ve gone for frozen yogurt, customer service is a lot better than this.

Variety of flavors and toppings are great which is the only reason I still suck it up to go in there considering 95% of the time the girls working there seem to be miserable and make the environment very uncomfortable.

Amazing prices, military discount available, very clean, friendly staff, outside seating available, and great flavors on hand. Every time I’ve been there has never been a flavor out of order which is a plus.

Hand down, this is my favorite yogurt place in Visalia. The employees are always nice, and the flavors here are great. Also, the machines work well and they aren’t always broken(Like Yodiggity) and they also don’t sporadically spit out insane amounts of yogurt(Like Yogurtland). It’s always empty in here and I don’t understand why, but my conclusion is that location is an issue. The only reason why everyone goes to Yogurtland is because it happens to be inside the mall. Tutti Frutti also has the best selection of toppings, and even free wifi! I always make an effort to come here when I’m actually in Visalia, because it is definitely on the better end of the dessert spectrum in this black and white town.

I like the variety of flavors they have. The girl that helped us was not very professional. She was dressed kind of skanky, and she mumbled so bad I could barely understand what she was saying/asking. And then I went to use the bathroom and when I came back to my table… they threw my yogurt away!!! Overall…they don’t have nearly as many toppings as The Big Kahuna in Tulare, nor the friendly service!!. Needless to say I probably won’t be going back, I would rather drive out of my way and go to The Big Kahuna and deal with appropriately dressed people and a super friendly staff!

I love this chain wherever I go. This place has yummy fresh toppings all the time. The staff is always good and the place is always clean. The outside sitting is nice and a good place to people/car watch. Prices are always cheap.

First time here the other day, and I am going to return… soon!!! I have my own little favorite yogurt shop in my own town, but when I go to Visalia– this will be my go to fro-yo spot. It is located in the Sequoia Mall parking lot, next to Mainland Surf/Skate. The entrance and parking is kind of wonky, but whatever. This shop is really nice and very clean. I was greeted immediately by a friendly lady who appeared to either be the manager or owner. I was impressed w/how many different flavors that they offer. Since it was here, I opted for something safe, the Tart flavor. The tart flavor is like Tofu, it will compliment any toppings that you get on it– unlike some other flavors. The TART is really really really good!!! It had the perfect amount of tart, sweet and creaminess, I was just mad that I didnt fill my cup up w/more. They have a small selection of toppings, compared to other places. What I didn’t care for was the placement of the topping bowls. If you want to get to some, you have to stretch your arm as far as it will go and then try to pull it back w/out spilling it into the other toppings. I also had the Soy Peanut Butter and it was delicious as well. The thing I liked here was getting FRESH strawberries and not frozen ones. When the frozen ones thaw out the get mushy and sour, but thankfully that wasn’t the case here. Prices weren’t bad, but the price I paid leads me to believe that there was a happy hour special(the lady didn’t tell me). I got 2 yogurts w/at least 3 toppings each and my total only came out to $ 5 and change. I am looking forward to going back, and trying to find an excuse to go sooner rather than later. #flagproof

First and foremost, the yogurt is excellent! Tonight’s pistachio was especially good. I love the variety of flavors, and they rotate their flavors well too! The colors of the interior are bright and inviting, and the staff is friendly too. Love the military discount, and the kids love the high quality colorful plastic spoons that you get to keep.

I have to say that I would easily give this business five(5) stars, if not for one MAJOR problem. I’ll get there in time. Let’s start with the positives. The yogurt at Tutti Frutti always hits the spot, and the tart yogurts actually taste like real, tart yogurt. The store is always clean, the topping bar is always fully-stocked and spotless. I have never sat down to a sticky table or any sort of mess, which is saying something for a frozen yogurt place that sees the kind of volume they do here. Free samples are a generous way to get customers hooked, and it certainly worked on me. My current fave is half and half TF Tart with Pomegranate, topped with anything crunchy. Finally, the staff is always on the move, always cleaning, stocking, or doing something to improve the store’s appeal. I won’t name names, but some of the other places in town seem to encourage their employees to stand aimlessly behind the counter, which means cleaning gets neglected, and there is a lot of uncomfortable staring going on. Not so at TF. Kudos to all of your friendly, industrious young staff members. Five stars for yogurt selections, cleanliness, and staff. Now the bad. I had hoped that this was simply the idle story-telling of a single disgruntled employee, but after several visits with similar results and conversations with multiple employees, I can safely say that this is quite likely true. On attempting to offer a server a dollar for a tip, I was met with a very polite«thank you, but we aren’t allowed to accept tips.» I pointed out a yogurt cup that was sitting next to the adjacent register, stuffed with dollar bills. After a polite smile and nervous laughter, the server told me that the money in that cup wasn’t for staff. Here I have to pause and give points to the crew again, because every time I’ve had this conversation, the employees have done their best to smile and laugh it off. Were I in their position, I would likely express bitterness or resentment. Apparently, any money we put in the«tip» cups — I use quotes here because they are not actually labeled, and therefore I suppose customers shouldn’t assume they are actually for staff tips — goes not to the workers who are busy cleaning, chopping, filling, ringing, working. The money in those unmarked cups goes to – and here I quote three different individuals, encountered on three separate occasions — «the owner.» Minus two stars for miserly management. Is business truly so bad that you have to deprive teenagers of a few dollars that customers offer up to show respect and gratitude? I would love to hear what the owner has to say about this. I encourage customers to start handing their tips directly to the kids behind the counter, and be firm about them accepting it. Please do not put any more dollars in the unmarked tip cups. It doesn’t go where you think it does; what a disappointment.

There’s good stuff here, but I haven’t been back for months because they never change their yogurt flavors. I thought today, because I hadn’t been there in so long, would be different. Nope. Months later, and still no new flavors. Might have to wait a few more months again. I hear yogurtland(in the mall) is good AND changes their flavors more often!

Nice clean place. Everything was well stocked and we got there right before closing. Seems like a lot of fro yo places are out of everything about that time of day, but not here! They had lots of the flavors that we enjoy and the two girls working inside were friendly. Very nice place!

Great yogurt – probably the best in town. Great prices. Friendly staff. Spacious and clean. The one thing that I’d change is the layout of the toppings/condiments. They’re difficult to reach and the selection is MUCH less extensive than the place down the road. Overall though, the quality of the yogurt and the experience are what will keep me coming back. My wife asked me on the way home if I liked it enough to make it «our new yogurt place» and I said yes. Guess that settles it.
