I came here to buy replacement coils for a tank that I had and trusting them I drove home to check out my new purchase. I figured out that they sold me the wrong item and had to drive across town to return it.
Not only were they unapologetic, they also didn’t offer me anything for the inconvenience of having to drive back and forth because of their error. I was not made to feel like a valuable customer at all and will never go back here as there are plenty of other vape shops I’d rather spend my money.

Best vape shop ever! My husband and I were so excited when they first opened up. That we wouldn’t have to order our juice and vape things online anymore. I only buy my juice and mods from them. Josh is always friendly and welcoming. I enjoy supporting their business. I hope they continue with their success.

I came here to purchase an early Christmas present for a family member who is trying to kick their cigarette habit. The guy behind the counter was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, and helped me select a quality starter kit after explaining the different models and their respective pros and cons. After settling on kanger tech vape pen he showed me their impressive selection of juices, and let me and my girlfriend try each before selecting a few to buy. It was a great experience and I highly recommend their shop. There was no upselling, no pressure, and I got exactly what I wanted at a fair price. You just don’t get that quality of customer service much anymore, and these guys have something special going on. I’ll definitely be frequenting this shop again.
PS as an fyi: I purchased a starter kit (pen and charger), replacement wicks, and two small bottles of juice for $ 50. Cheers!

Visalia Vapes is an awesome little shop with good prices and plenty of selection. The guys working here are knowledgeable and patient while you sample many of the hundreds of varieties on hand. try getting this type of service at any of the local tobacco shops!

Came here looking for some juice, it was very limited. When I walked in it took them a minute to ask me if I needed help you kinda figure it would be right away since it’s such a small shop you’ll notice when a customer walks in. Just comparing it to other Vape shops I’ve been to this has been the worst one I’ve been too. I’m just sayin
