Domino’s Pizza

The slices weren’t cut even! Also I was very unsatisfied because the ingredients weren’t all well done! Over priced pizza too!

Ordered a pizza online under the pretense of being able to pick it up within the 10 – 14 estimated minutes. Leslie apparently was making my pizza or so the pizza tracker was telling me. Strangely, the pizza was made fairly quickly in about 8 minutes. I drove on over to the location, walked up to the store, saw the two employees inside chatting away — and as I reached for the handle of the doors, they were both locked. So I stood in front of the doorway, staring at the two employees who did not acknowledge me. Kind of confused and more than hungry, I stared at the door and read it saying «10:00PM» closing time. Oh. I missed it by four minutes. Terrible. I even checked online multiple times and it said closing hour was at 1:00 AM. Why didn’t I get notified if my pizza wasn’t going to be made? Or why didn’t they wait until I picked up my pizza? Just terrible.

I opened the box of my pizza and couldn’t believe what I saw… Totally amazed… I have never seen a pizza that looks this amazing… I will dream about this pizza… If I am out of there area I will drive to pick up a pizza made by Leslie

Thanks for screwing my daughters 13^th Birthday surprise… I first called at 9:46am to place the order over the phone. I spoke to Alberto who took my order but then when I was giving my credit card info, wasn’t able to hear my any longer. I called back but said he couldn’t hear when I gave him the numbers, so I let him know I would order via the website. I put on the order and told him via the phone that the order needed to be delivered by 11am. He said 11am sharp. My daughter called at 11:10am and said the pizzas have not been delivered. I immediately called the store and he said, well the driver didn’t show up. So why didn’t you call me to let me know there was an issue. He said I don’t know. Then I said you should close the store and go deliver the pizza, the kids are expecting this for lunch. He said I can’t do that. I then told him to call the manager now and get him to come in and help him out. He said okay. I told him to call me back and give me an update. He called back 20 mins later and said there would be a driver in 30 mins at the store. I said cancel the order. You want to deliver pizza that I ordered and paid for already an hour later that now is no longer fresh and is sitting under a heating lamp. Nope, cancel my order. They failed. #failed #noapology #sorryexcuse #lackmanagment

I’ve given this place a half-​dozen tries… but no more. That’s it.
I’m stuck doing pickup because they don’t deliver to my area. I always order 2 or 3 at a time.
Each time the pizzas get worse and worse.
I order ON-​LINE and yet twice out of the last three times… they made the wrong pizzas.
This last time… the pizza barely had any tomato sauce on it… the cheese was microscopic… and the bottom of the pizza was burnt black.
I’m done with this dump.

This place is to be avoided. It takes longer to order over the phone due to a language barrier, than it would take to drive there, drive back and eat the pizza. They don’t know how to use their credit machine and they won’t break a fifty or a hundred. We ordered a $ 55.00 meal and they couldn’t take our money!

I don’t eat pizza much but my husband loves it. I enjoy getting their pasta from time to time. They usually come in a timely manner. The food is good.
I wish the pasta came in a bigger portion and sometimes they forget my husband’s sauces but that’s not a big deal. When we went in, the costumer service was kind of shitty, we only went in one time though.

Ordered two pizzas for pick up, they made the wrong pizzas. Drove back and they remade the pizzas. They served two people who came after us before we got our pizza. We asked for red pepper and they asked us for $ 1.50. No sorry, no complimentary anything. Just 40 minutes out of our day and a staff who was upset we didn’t eat the random ass pizza they gave us.

If I could put down 0 stars I would have. Worst service I have ever had. When we called the MANAGER told us the wait for a delivery would be an hour in half before we even told her we were picking up so she wouldn’t have to take our order. Then when we finally got there she was running around like her head was chopped off… not even greeting us or helping us to get our order… Saw my pizza on the rack getting cold… I had my money ready to pay out, exact change, yet she still wouldn’t help us. Finally she called over someone to help us, but took for freaking ever! And when we left we didn’t even get a thank you for ordering or anything. BAD SERVICE!

The staff is great. I took off one star because the pizza quality is average (which is to be expected at any domino’s.)

I would have to say I give this place a one star just went to pick up my pizza got home and they gave me the wrong pizzas after I called it in the man over the phone re read my order back and still some how didn’t give me the right food I called and the girl wasn’t to helpful didn’t seem like she beilved me but she finally offered to bring me anther pizza but over all we ate what we got and it was beyond dry no flavor and we got a Hawaiian pizza and the ham was like rubber just awful will definitely give my business to Pizza Hut next time

Super consistent with the right orders and are always on time :) they do a great job and I appreciate the drivers who always have a positive attitude!
I think we’ve only had 1 misshap where we had a chicken and green peppers pizza and there was literally no chicken. But they fixed it up and gave us a new one :)
We are continuous customers and will continue to enjoy the dominoes team!

Late night delivery on time & appreciated as only delivery. Fair price. Tomato bacon chicken side dish was phenomenal as usual. However, the pizza was absolutely terrible. The worst. There was NO cheese on our pizza! To the eye, the pie was all sauce and topping and visibly short on cheese! You could see right to the crust. Terrible to eat as well, noticably missing a key ingredient… CHEESE.

It took between 15 – 20 min like it said it was going to do. I order here every couple of months usally it will take forever Today was ok came on time and was nice he must be new but it was good timing! and got the whole order right this time know missing pieces. Thanks dominos hopefully we can keep this up buy the way ceaser salad is good.

I used to order from here all the time but never again. The online ordering system has problems once in a while but usually the staff takes care of the customer and fixes any issues with a smile and an apology. For the first time in more than a year, I was not taken care of at all.
My order never came, so I called the store to see what was up. Turns out, there was no apt number listed with the address, so the delivery guy tried to call and got no answer. Nothing else he could do but take the pizza back and tell the manager what happened. That all makes sense. I ask the manager if he can send over the order, now that I am on the phone and able to give him the correct info. He tells me that the deliver guy can swing back over to me after he finishes his other delivery. My order is still in his car. I tell him I don’t want old pizzas that have been sitting in the car for more than hour. I am willing to wait for new ones to be made. He tells me I have to try the old ones first and if they seem cold, then I can cancel the order and place a new order. I tell him that I already know I don’t want the old pies and he doesn’t need to waste a trip over here. He then tells me that I will have to cancel the order online because he is not able to do so from his end. I try to do so but find that there is no option available to cancel the order because it is marked as delivered online! I ask for the manager above him and he refuses to give me that number and tells me to talk to him when he comes in to work in the afternoon. So, they have my money but I don’t have any pizza and they refuse to issue me a refund.
The pizza is usually tasty enough and the delivery guys are awesome. The online system obviously needs work but the really awful customer service some management and the refusal to provide acceptable solutions is enough to turn me away. This is a franchise location, so it’s not like the corporate overlords are preventing them from doing whats right for customers. Enjoy ordering from here until you actually need an issue resolved.

Average pizza delivery place… Nothing special, but nothing terrible. They have been known to take quite a long time to deliver 2 medium pizzas to our apartment that is literally down the street. Seriously it’s taken almost a full hour to get here on more than one occasion. But the price and convenience earns my money.

Haven’t had any problem with this location been coming hear for past 2 years

Since we moved to the area several months ago we have ordered online from this location at least a dozen times and never had a problem, knock on wood. The order always arrives very fast, and we always track it online (it’s so much fun haha). The delivery guys are always courteous and nice and the pizza is always hot. It doesn’t hurt that we only live a couple of blocks away…

My boyfriend and I have ordered from here several times, and every time we do something goes wrong. Usually they forget something. Last time they forgot to bring the dessert. According to the driver, they didn’t even make it. It was nearly 11pm, and our options were store credit or the driver could go get it and bring it back. We wanted neither. The store called us and was able to refund our entire order, but that was the last straw and the last order from Domino’s we’ll ever make.

Never thought I’d write a review about a Domino’s Pizza joint. But here I am. I’ve been ordering from this specific location for sometime now, and they have been so consistent that I suppose I’ve taken them for granted.
I usually order online (you can track the progress of your order too, if you are bored). They always get my order correct, it’s delivered quick, and it always arrives hot. What more can you ask?
I’m a pizza nut and Dominos has really never cracked my «top ten» pizza places. At first, I was swayed by their convenience. But I was sold on the service.
And you know… their new recipe is actually pretty tasty!
Oh and I gotta give Domino’s corporate folks some props for their new ballsy print ads: «Hey Papa John’s, who’s your daddy now?!» Catfight!!!
