La Valle De Vista Apartments

My husband and I loved living here. The parking was great, the floor plans were nice, and Becky is amazing. The only negative is that since there’s no a/​c, the upstairs apartments can get very hot.

This is a place to hold you down while you search for a better place. I lived here for 5 years. This is a month to month lease. The rent only went up by $ 20 in 5 years. I found that pretty awesome. The deposit is low, cats are welcome. Becky has managed the place the whole time I was there and will probably be there when you go to check the place out. The floor plans are very decently sized. There is no pool. So, go to the ocean. The laundry is coin-​op, if it doesn’t work, management refunds you and gets it fixed soon. If you need to do large amounts of laundry or comforters, it’s best to hit one of the many laundry mats instead. This is Vista, neighbors are in and out hit or miss. I’ve had both good and bad neighbors, but over all I am pleased with my stay. The primary reason we left is because it gets very hot in those apts and there isn’t A/​C and the portable a/​c solutions are just ineffective. About a month after I left I did receive about 65% of my deposit back. I decent place to hold on and save for better places to live.
