Tracey is an incredible massage therapist. I feel so luck I’ve found her! And I am hoping to go to her as a long term client. I’ve had different medical problems so am sensitive about who works with my body. After she works on me, I feel so much better! For years I trained hundreds of massage therapists on a college level, and I can feel when a person has a natural touch and a healing Gift. She definitely has both.

I’m a competitive long distance runner (anything from 1 mile to full-​marathon race) who recently relocated to north county San Diego. I randomly stumbled upon Tracey’s massage practice and quickly became a super fan. Not only is she an amazing massage therapist (especially for the deep tissue sports massages that most athletes need), but she has years of experience as a Massage Instructor and Personal Trainer (read: She knows the physiology of the human body and working through injuries, soreness, aches, and pains). I give her my full recommendation.
