Alright — if you’ve been tracking my Unilocal reviews lately, you know that I’m doing a lot of construction lately. One of the key things I wanted to do was open up my kitchen and take advantage of the awesome hill in my backyard. We decided to cut the window in the dinette area and install french doors. After getting a few quotes from several reputable door and window companies, I ran into Raffy at T-Group Windows and Doors during my research. I took a look at his website and found some awesome panoramic doors. I initially thought that it was going to be too expensive but heck worth the time to get a quote. Raffy responded to my email quickly and provided a very competitive price to the traditional french doors I wanted. Next thing you know, I was pot committed and sent Raffy my deposit. Five weeks later, bam — the doors arrived. The cut down and installation was pretty quick; his contractors and installers had everything up in a day and finished the trims the next day. I can’t thank Raffy enough for the awesome doors and great response to my needs. I now have an awesome panoramic door in my kitchen that allows me to walk directly in and out of my backyard. Awesomeness! UPDATE15-APR: After a few months of going back and forth, I finally got my door fixed in late February. The fix was simple and only took 15 minutes. I spoke to the owner, Raffy and he explained to me that it was a manufacturing issue. He was actually losing out on money by sending someone out on his dime. While I tend not to believe things like that normally, Raffy was very apologetic and sincere. I would absolutely do business with him again. I find that businesses that are willing to call you and talk to you are worth working with.
