I figure it’s about time I give Firestone the credit they deserve! I’ve been taking my cars here for the last couple years and these people have been nothing but professional, courteous and excellent with customer follow-​up. To me, that’s the most important thing! Keep the customer up to date on the status of the repairs! These people have done it all, I brought in my BMW and they replaced the rod bearings, and all the fluids to something as simple as when they changed the TPMS on my old Lexus. If you need anything done to your car, big or small, this is the place to take it. Also, did I mention they were fast?

These guys are awesome! A good friend referred me to them a few years ago after years of trying out a bunch of dishonest mechanics. My wife and I finally feel like we found an honest mechanic that try’s to save money while doing what’s best for the car. They are highly skilled and get things done in the timeframe they estimate. They also recognize my voice over the phone and know our exact cars by heart without even telling them. We do all our oil changes and repairs with them, and I appreciate their customer service.

This place does really good work. Its expensive though just like every other garage in town. For a franchise the waiting area needs a lot of work. An occasional dusting of the tires on the wall maybe.
