Sushi To Go

Slightly above average sushi joint, the prices are good, and the common rolls are executed well. They have a good lunch special that runs $ 7-​$ 12 depending on the types of rolls you want, and take out never takes more than 10 minutes which is great when work is so hectic you need to take a shorter lunch.

Very nice customer service. I order take out a couple times a week because I work down the street. They always remember my order. Delivery is fast. The delivery man is always patient if I am with a customer. I would highly recommend. Good food but ask for extra sauce.

On the website it says they deliver anywhere within 5 miles. Unilocal and Google maps says my location is 4.2 miles away. When I called they refused to deliver saying my address is to far away. Why name yourself sushi Togo is you are not willing to deliver to someone. What a joke. I’m sure you will close within a few years as you turn customers away. My order was going to be two party trays. Lost my business. Good luck.

The sushi is really good and prices are fair. I tried ordering delivery half an hour from closing and the lady on the phone was incredibly short and rude. The delivery guy was friendly.

Pretty good sushi for a take out! I would rate this better than Mall Sushi. Tried 2 locations in NJ already, both were superb!

This place is great — and it’s more than just sushi! I ordered a few sushi rolls and hibachi shrimp from their lunch specials… it was all so delicious. The restaurant is small and clean, the food is fresh, the menu has a lot to offer and everything is fairly priced.

I’m very picky about my sushi, so when I tell you it was DELICIOUS… it pretty damn well was! I only tried their sushi rolls, calamari and hibachi vegetables with fried rice. I honestly have to say all was superb. Simply fantastic. Fresh, delicious, well made… but, I really wish I had been given more than ONE lil container of spicy mayo for three pretty danged big rolls! Come on. If I ask for a «couple» of spicy mayos, gimme more than ONE… that’s my only complaint. I was so excited to get sushi so far from home… the eel rolls were tops… but oh.my.God! The tempura fried lobster roll was TO DIE FOR! More to try… at least three more days left for me here n I’m looking forward to more sushi! (P.S., the calamari was so fresh and delightful to chew because we all know fresh = not rubbery! The veggies n rice was delicious as well… I only wish they carried sakura sauce or «yum yum sauce» whichever you call it… it’s usually served with Japanese food

Stopped into today with two of my friends. One of them swears by this place so I figured I’d give it a shot. I ordered spring rolls, miso soup, and the usual avocado roll. The menu is very diverse. There is all kinds of different choices you can choose from. Along with my order I tried a new roll, honey roasted peanut. I thought this roll would be your usual with a peanut sauce on it. I was wrong, they actually put peanuts in the sushi! I was able to get an affordable meal for around 12 $. It was great. I live 20 minutes away, but I will definitely go here again!

Clean place, nice workers, fast service! I had the shrimp tempura burrito — so fresh and delicious I want one everyday – def will be back!

I was iffy about trying this place out but I saw they have two locations and I was in the area so decided to give it a chance.
The website — tells you a lot about a business. Their website was easy to find and it was colorful and I was able to pick out everything I wanted from their Menu easily. Most sushi places don’t even have a website so it was great that I could just call ahead for my food. It’s a small place, so delivery and take out is best. If you dine in, it looks like a little cafeteria and they cook out in the open so you’ll probably smell like fried foods when you leave. My food was done on time and the staff was nice. They even included all the sauces and plastic utensils in my take out bag. Everything was packaged perfectly and seriously, I had no complaints!!!
I ordered a lot of basics first to make sure they can make the basics delicious. Then I figured next time — I’ll venture to their specialty rolls and possibly the sushi burrito! Everything we had was very good and the sushi quality was good!

I installed the app just to write this review bc they are soooo yummy! You can see and taste the freshness of their ingredients which is hard to find around this area. Everything I’ve had so far is absolutely delicious and I keep coming back for more! Love love love their hibachi lunches and for quick sushi they’re good too! Don’t be alarmed by the name def give them a try!

I just discovered this place today on GrubHub and I only wish I had heard of it sooner! Delicious sushi, great price, fast service, and no delivery fee. Sushi To Go is definitely a new favorite.

I believe this is a small, hidden gem in the suburban South Jersey. An hour prior to my visit here, I had a 4 course meal down in Philly; just an fyi to know that I was not even hungry when I came here.
When I got to Sushi-​to-​Go, there were two tables and the store had a take-​out sort of vibe. I’m not complaining, just an observation. I only ordered the sushi dinner, which included two of each tuna, salmon, white tuna, and yellowtail as well as a spicy salmon roll (I substituted the spicy tuna roll) and a side of green salad. I ordered it to take-​out. My order was incredibly cheap as it was 12 bucks for my order. (*remember, two pieces of sushi cost 5 bucks alone at most sushi bars*)
As for the taste, the quality is amazing for the price. The fish is hella fresh. My favorite is the white tuna because that literally melted in my mouth. I liked the subtle bit of tempura crumbs within the spicy salmon roll.
In regards to service, I’d say my experience was perfect as the person taking my order allowed me to substitute the spicy tuna roll with the spicy salmon roll without an issue.
Also, this place has sushi burritos!~ If you don’t live anywhere near Hai Street in Philly, this place is a great alternative in NJ.

My husband and I LOVE this place! After moving to the area from Center City– we were having a hard time finding our go to sushi spot. Our search is over! We order take out from here every weekend now. The sushi is fresh and delicious. They always get our order right, and the prices are really reasonable. Another huge plus is that they deliver. Definitely give this place a shot if you are looking for great sushi.

I’ve been meaning to go to their Marlton location, but then this location opened up. Great prices and quality, especially for their sushi burritos. I definitely would go here all the time for lunch if I was from the area. One thing to mention though, can someone tell me why spicy tuna is an extra $ 3 from the spicy salmon sushi burrito? Otherwise, I can’t wait to go back and get my sushi fix.

I was around the area and thought I’d stop by to get some sushi since I was on my way home. I was told by a friend that Sushi to Go here in Voorhees just opened up recently and that the sushi are fresh and well prepared. Soo I decided to go try it out and I was amazed how fast they prepared it with 2 other people in front of me, and also how great it all tasted! My name is Angel, so to my surprise as I was looking at the menu, I thought I’d get one of the special rolls called Angel Roll LOL. It has Shrimp tempura and cucumber inside with spicy kani on top. It was GOOD. But my favorite roll I had eaten was the Lobster Roll. It looked plain and typical to me, but when I stuffed one piece of that heavenly delicious thing inside my mouth, it MELTED. I’m a big fan of creamy taste so this Lobster Roll just tasted the best. Overall the service was great. Your standard nice customer service and the store was actually not too small. I would’ve eaten inside (since they do have tables and chairs) but it was getting late so I decided to take everything to go. If you’re looking for good sushi and lives in Voorhees, this is the place to order from !

I’ve been a fan of the Marlton location since it opened so of course I wanted to try their new location, which was closer to my work location. This location is smaller than the one in Marlton but there are tables for you to eat in. I made it in right before lunch hour so it wasn’t too busy. I ordered based on the chef’s recommendation and got the special crab stick and seaweed salad, and the shrimp tempura burrito.
Just as I expected, the food was delicious. My favorite was the salad because the dressing was just right, which allowed me to taste the different components of the dish. The salad also offered great textures because of the fried kani and the avocado. The sushi burrito was delicious as well. There was a good ratio of rice to kani and shrimp tempura. All of the ingredients tasted fresh!
I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience at any of these Sushi to Go locations, which is why I keep coming back. Next time I’ll go for the 3 roll/​$ 10.50 lunch special, which is great for my wallet!
